• If you own and operate a retail lot, or if you have a Choose and Cut
Christmas tree farm and need trees to supplement your farm, consider
Needlefast Evergreens to provide you with Christmas trees.
• Take the hassle out of your delivery—we can provide you with customized
truck delivery by arranging trucking to your lot or your farm.
• Christmas trees are either twine tied or Vexar net wrapped.
• Late season harvest to maximize needle retention.

Terms and Conditions
WARRANTY
We take pride in our nursery stock and our growing experience of over 50
years. We warrant to deliver species true to name, and will replace, upon
proper proof, anything that may be otherwise, or refund original price. We
guarantee trees to be live, and in good healthy condition when they leave our
nursery. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the nursery stock, but
not more than this amount. Our liability ceases when trees are delivered to
carrier. All stock is inspected and approved by the USDA prior to shipment.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders are accepted subject to weather, errors in inventory, or any other
reason beyond our control. We reserve the right to refund all or any part of
payment made.
METHODS OF SHIPMENT
Shipments made in the U.S.A. will be made via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise
requested. Whenever possible, we ship according to customer designation.
All shipments F.O.B. LUDINGTON.
METHODS OF PAYMENT

(charges are made at the time of shipment).

DISCOUNT: Orders of a Minimum or 500 “Per Item” qualify for the per
1,000 rate. Orders less than 500 “Per Item,” the per 100 rate applies.
MINIMUM ORDERS: 50 seedlings or 25 transplants per species.
FREIGHT: Add estimated 20% for UPS/Boxing charge, If shipped, or a
minumum of $22.00. Actual charges will be adjusted at time of shipment.
Due to weight and size of 2 year transplants (1-2, 2-3, 3-2, Plug+2), shipping
costs will exceed 20% and will be billed at approximately 25% - 35%. Actual
charges will be adjusted at time of shipment. If above charges do not cover
shipping costs, additional freight charges will be billed.
SALES TAX: If you are a Michigan resident or if you pick up your order in
Michigan, Michigan Sales Tax is applicable to your order unless we have
a signed Certificate of Sales Tax exemption from you. If you need a form,
please contact us and we will mail or fax a form to you.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover (charge is billed at time of
shipment), Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.
SHIPPING DATE:**If you have a shipping date in mind, please note that
when you order. If you would be ready for shipment as soon as soon as
possible, please note “ASAP” for shipping date and we will ship stock as
soon as we can get your order out. We normally begin fall shipping right after
Labor Day and continue throughout September and October. If we do not
have a shipping/pick-up date yet scheduled for you, your fall order will have
a shipping date of 11/01/2014 until we hear from you the requested date. We
normally begin spring shipping about Mid March and continue through all of
April and May. If we do not have a shipping/pick-up date scheduled for you,
your order will have the date of 05/01/2015, until we receive notice from you
regarding shipping/pick-up date. We schedule shipping/pick-up dates to fit
your schedule.
