Walking Group
A walking group for people who
want to become fit and healthy
through a varied and weekly walk
You can experience stress relief right away.
All you need to do is practice easy to learn
relaxation techniques that will sooth your
mind and body with a feeling of equilibrium
to help make a world of difference to your
health and well-being.
Come and join me to engage in these essential “life- Skills” in a safe and enjoyable
environment with a trained Hatha yoga
teacher Lisa Endycott.
These one hour classes will leave you with
the feeling of inner peacefulness and joy
with the experience of contentment and
wholeness.

Men’s Shed
Official Opening on Sunday, 3 April 2016
10.30 AM!
On the 3rd of April, the Mount Eliza
Men’s Shed was officially opened.
There was a great attendance of 70
people including federal, state, local
Politian's. The president of the
Men’s Shed Dr Don Reeves gave a
fantastic talk and kept the day
running Smoothly. Overall it was a
great Morning.

French Conversation Afternoon
Planned Activity Group HACC
Do you enjoy watching your child play
and
use
their
imagination?
Your child will enjoy craft, music, story
time, dancing, finger puppets and our
enchanting new playground. Mothers,
fathers, carer’s and grandparents
welcome. Playgroup is run by Janice,
our Cert 3 in Children’s Services
qualified Facilitator Proudly supporting
water and fruit / vegetable only policy.
Tea / Coffee provided for adults.

(9 weeks)
Time: 9.15am-10.45am
Current member Fees: $72.00 per term
Second child over 12mths will be $36.00
Non member: Fee $82.00

Social Support and Respite
Activity Program
Planned Activity Group is designed
as a person centred program to
encourage participation from
those needing support to be
involved in their local community.
We support those who may have a
disability, are recovering from ill
health, are experiencing isolation,
or are managing mental health or
memory loss. Staffed by our Aged
Care and Disability Workers Chris
and Anne who can provide
personal care and assistance.
Eligibility criteria applies.
Each Thursday ongoing
Time: 9.30am - 3.30pm
Lunch provided
Fee: Full Pensions $13 in house Or
$18 per Outing
Half Pensions $18 in house Or $23
per Outing
For the more advanced students,
incorporating conversation, grammar,
pronunciation and discussion. Join
Sabine and speak French!

Movie Nights
Saturday afternoon walk with occasional day trips. Calendar of walks available
from the office. All walkers must be
current members of the Centre. Please
ensure you pay your membership
each year to stay current. Includes an
organized bus trip and walk each October for an additional fee.
Saturday afternoons – all year round
(Annual Membership required) $10.
We will be hosting a monthly movie
night at Frankston Cinema or
Mornington Cinema. A social dinner
can be arranged before movie at
6pm for those who would like this
option at your own cost.
Tuesdays or Wednesdays
Afternoon or evening TBA.
