We love - the wonderful, flat, beachfront location of the hotel.
First for Bridge guests liked the lovely coastal walk into Playa Blanca - and the
resort itself which has some lovely shops and restaurants. The hotel has a
certificate of excellence on Trip Advisor and has been given an array of awards
from many tour operators.
The hotel is set in beautiful spacious gardens and the vast range of facilities
include 5 adult swimming pools – including one that is heated in winter; a multipurpose sports ground; a Despacio Thalasso Spa; and a great choice of
restaurants and bars.
The icing on the cake is our wonderful bridge room with floor to ceiling
windows and a private wraparound terrace overlooking the gardens and ocean.
The hotel is ideally located close to Flamingo Beach, and there is a flat
seafront promenade that runs all around the hotel and coastline, and into the
centre of Playa Blanca, offering excellent coastal walks.
Do seize the opportunity to take part in either or indeed both of our optional
Island tours that are not to be missed. Our South Island Tour takes us to the
main attraction of Lanzarote, the Timanfaya National Park where we will
discover this unique volcanic landscape and take a beautiful drive through Fire
Mountains and visit the boiling pots “Los Hervideros, and the green lake “EL
Golfo”. We drive back through La Geria, the wine growing zone, and visit one of
the oldest wine cellars.
