are one of our member-owners. Being a member-owner of an
electric cooperative like Benton REA, you are invited to attend an
annual membership meeting to hear reports, ask questions and to elect
board trustees.
Event is free to Benton REA Members.

We say “invite,” but actually it’s part of your responsibility as a
cooperative member to be informed and participate in the governance
of your electric cooperative. The success of Benton Rural Electric
Association depends on each individual member’s involvement!

Benton REA is providing transportation from our West Richland office. The bus will depart
the West Richland office at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 and return immediately following
the business meeting.

Vote For Your District Trustee!
Trustees in Districts 7, 8 and 9 are up for re-election. If you live
in one of these districts, make sure you vote and return your
mail-in ballot. You also may bring your completed ballot to
the annual meeting on Feb. 7 and have it counted there. As
a member-owner of Benton REA, this is your opportunity to
participate in your co-op’s democratic process.
We hope you’ll attend your annual meeting and take time to meet the Trustees who
represent your district.
