COCA-COLA BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Coca-Cola
3/4 cup catsup
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions: Combine the ingredients
in a heavy saucepan and gradually
bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat slightly to obtain a
gentle simmer. Cover pan and
simmer sauce 45 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Makes 2 cups.
