Our nine manufacturing plants are the largest of their kind in the world.
Texas is just the beginning. Inteplast operates in more than 35 locations in North America including major
bag-producing plants in Texas; Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Saint John, Eastern Canada; Upstate NY; Pittsburg,
KS; Columbus, OH; Detroit, MI; and a number of other locations. Inteplast also operates globally which gives
us great reach, understanding of markets, and operating power.
We incorporate the most innovative technologies into our manufacturing processes, including advanced
automation, computerization and robotics. All Inteplast plants have achieved ISO 9001: 2008 Certification,
the world-recognized stamp of quality. Additionally, each plant maintains its own product-line–dedicated
quality control laboratory. Our highly trained technical teams do more than conduct rigorous testing on
existing products, they are directly involved in the development of new products and applications.
Environmental Responsibility
Inteplast products are produced with the environment in mind.
All Inteplast products are 100% recyclable. Our products are produced at low gauges, minimizing raw
materials that are used in the manufacturing process. All inks used for Inteplast printing applications are
water-based and do not adversely impact the environment. Reclaim lines in all of our plants insure there
is no waste. We simply recycle the reclaim scrap, which is then integrated into our manufacturing process
and returned to a finished product. At Inteplast, we believe that facilitating community involvement and
continuing education are the keys to a successful recycling program.
Commercial & Institutional
We manufacture multiple product lines for commercial and
institutional markets. HDPE and LLDPE can liners, Draw-Tuff®
draw tape can liners and hospital infectious-waste liners are
all manufactured in our Lolita, Texas facility, with Pittsburg,
KS, Columbus, OH, and Morrow, GA as our latest additions.
