39th Annual Mainsail Art Festival Looking for Volunteers

Saturday, April 19, 2014 – 9am-6pm | Sunday, April 20, 2014 – 10am-5pm
More than 250 volunteers are needed to staff several booths on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20th. All
2014 volunteers will receive a free T-shirt! Volunteer areas include:
Soft drink/water booths, beer/wine trucks (must be 21 years & older, limited to one shift per day),
promotions/t-shirt sales and hospitality/information tent. Shifts times for the event are:
To register to volunteer online, please visit the Mainsail website at www.mainsailartsfestival.org and click on
volunteers on the upper right side of the page.
All volunteer positions, excluding the Hospitality/Information tent, require the volunteers to be able to stand for
2 or more hours. Should your physical condition limit your ability to do this, you are encouraged to volunteer for
the Hospitality/Information tent as this option does provide seating for volunteers.
If you are requesting to volunteer for beer/wine sales, you must be at least 21 years of age and you will be
required to provide a FL Driver’s License or FL ID Number on the volunteer form and must present it at check-in.
