WELCOME TO PKF. Experienced personalities who dedicate themselves to supporting

association which operates on both a national and international scale – that, in short,

The fact that PKF Germany now supports enterprises of all sizes as well as numerous major

PKF stands for William Henry
Pannell, Erroll Kerr and William J.
Forster. Between 1869 and 1923
they established their own companies in New York and London,
merging to form PKF in 1969.

OUR TRADE. YOUR SECURITY. PKF Germany covers the entire spectrum of audit and
accounting services. The classic annual audit – in accordance with all currently valid
national and international accounting standards – remains a strong foundation of our
business.
In addition, our consulting services help our clients to make strategically important decisions and changes to their business. For example, we provide specialist advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other capital measures, amalgamations,
spin-offs and complex restructuring. An important factor is the international alignment of
the global PKF network.
Our clients are from virtually all industrial and service sectors and include large corporate groups as well as family businesses, associations, public-sector enterprises, administrations and foundations.
PKF covers the entire spectrum
of accountancy services, both
for capital market-oriented corporate groups and for small and
large enterprises.
