4th Annual OSSC Mont Tremblant
Ski ‘n’ Board Getaway
What is it?
For one weekend in January, the OSSC takes over Mont Tremblant for a weekend full of
skiing, boarding, great food, drink and plenty of laughs. Okay, maybe we don’t take over the
entire mountain, but we pack two deluxe coach buses with 104 of Ottawa’s finest for a
weekend you certainly don’t want to miss out on!
When is it?
The 2010 edition is set for Friday, January 29th – Sunday, January 31st.

Important Information:
1. One person from each condo must provide a credit card upon check-in for potential
damages or additional charges (room service, pay per view movies, phone calls etc.).
2. There are absolutely no extra people allowed to stay in your rooms. The maximum
number of people allowed is 4 people per room. The hotel may ask you to leave or
charge you for extra people if you are found to have more people – this is the hotel’s
discretion and not something OSSC can or will control.
3. In order to continue booking great trips like this, OSSC must maintain good standings
with hotels. This means that while we want everyone to have a great time, we also
want you to respect hotel staff, hotel property, and noise curfews – thanks!
4. Check-out time on Sunday is 11:00am. A baggage storage room will be available to us
on Sunday until the bus departs at 6:00pm (the bus will arrive at the hotel by 5:30pm
to begin loading and will depart promptly at 6:00pm). Details on the bag storage
room will be provided at the resort.
Bus Departure and Drop-off:
The coach bus will leave promptly on Friday,
January 29th at 6:30pm from Immaculata High
School, located at 140 Main Street. The bus
will be available for loading and boarding at
6:00pm. You may leave your car in the lower
parking lot by the field for the weekend at no
additional cost, as approved by the principal.
We will leave Mont Tremblant on Sunday,
January 31st at 6:00pm (bus will be available
for loading at 5:30pm) returning to Ottawa at
approximately 8:00pm.
The bus will not be stopping on route for meals, so please pack dinner/snacks or eat

Food & Drink
Each condo is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, fridge, coffee maker and
dishwasher.
There are also many amazing restaurants, pubs and bars in the Village and all within walking
distance. In case you are interested visit tremblant.ca for a full listing of these fine
establishments.
Lift Tickets
Every 4 person condo package has 8 lift tickets included. These lift tickets are transferable to
anyone, at any point during the 2010 ski season at Mont Tremblant. They do not need to be
used this weekend. We mention this in case you want to go x-country skiing, shopping, or
spa visiting… or just sleep in!
What to bring
Equipment for your mountain activities. Tremblant also has a full rental equipment
available, more information can be found by visiting tremblant.ca
Bathing suit
Flip flops for around the hot tub
All the warm gear you own
Extra towel for the hot tub
Your going-out duds!
The Serious Stuff
OSSC has organized the rental of these condos on your behalf. Each condo will require a
credit card security be given in case of any damages, theft or additional charges (ie. Long
distance, pay per view movies). Any damage incurred will be the full responsibility of the
people within the condo. If people cannot agree on who is responsible for the damage, the
cost of the damage will be divided equally amongst the members of the condo. All units are
non-smoking. No more than 4 guests are permitted in each condo.
Everyone will be required to sign an OSSC waiver, which will be provided on the bus prior to
departure.
Your OSSC Staff
The OSSC staff will be your “guides” for the weekend. We use that word loosely, as we are
not ski guides! We will be there to ensure you get connected with new and old friends, host
group get-togethers and make sure you have all the information you need to get the most out
of your Tremblant weekend.
