Brief
Louvreclad worked with the project’s architect over a
six month period to meet the parameters of Council
requirements while delivering the original design.
The Altura Series® louvre cladding surrounding the
building’s rooftop plant equipment was required to
include 80 per cent open space with zero vision.
Louvreclad developed a simple but sophisticated
solution using 100 lineal metres of 10 metre high
cladding, and managed the project seamlessly from
design through to installation.

Brief
This project exemplifies bringing a stunning design concept to life
where the whole building façade was designed, manufactured
and installed to resemble the Toyota logo. The logistics of
installation were also a challenge with every single panel
numbered to ensure on-site installation went as smoothly and
efficiently as possible.
Although the initial concept of an embossed finish wasn’t
achievable, Louvreclad was able to achieve the exact likeness
with the Polaris Series® perforated metal panels.
Custom perforations allow for complete design control & the
result was a high impact, high performance finish with complete
WOW factor.

Brief
This state-of-the-art building features louvre cladding
(The Delta Series®) as well as vertical feature fins (The
Caprice Series®) coupled with horizontal sun-shading
elements. (The Delta Series®)
This included design, engineering, manufacture and
installation of Caprice series® 634mm and 934mm
vertical sunblades. Louvreclad supplied all structural
support brackets and end caps.

Louvreclad’s comprehensive range of sunhood and
screening systems integrate every requirement from
standard louvres to eye catching designer fins. The
AFP office building at Brisbane Airport incorporates

By utilising the clean, straight lines of the Caprice and Sheraton
Series® louvres, Louvreclad were able to embellish the building
subtly and tastefully.
Louvreclad’s Delta Series® provided the perfect ventilation and
privacy screening for the rooftop plant room. The use of bright
designer colours added to the aesthetics of the apartments.

building sets a new standard in Apartment living.
With an emphasis on design, the Alex Perry Apartments used a
range of Screens to create the perfection you see now.
Cottee Parker incorporated the Louvreclad series into their
specifications, providing a stunning solution to the exterior of
the building.

operations.
Louvreclad developed a solution that was more costeffective than alternatives due to it being lighter and
easier to install while still providing vermin proofing.
The solution was consequently approved for use by
Energex and the result is amazing.
Five different types of louvres and screens were used
with multiple specialised colours and styles to achieve
a customised, practical and cost effective design.
