TEAM Industries Axle Warranty Policy Information
When you purchase an ATV axle manufactured by TEAM, you receive the added value of a
warranty. This added value is for the future, beyond the moment you purchase the product, and
entitles you to certain privileges and support.
What is covered?
Only the axle shaft is covered for bending, breaking, and manufacturing defects as determined by TEAM. Axles are covered for as
long as the original purchaser owns the axle. The TEAM warranty does not cover damage that may occur to any other components
of the vehicle.
What if the axle is bent?
If the axle is bent it will be replaced or straightened at the discretion of TEAM. “Bent” is considered to be more than .050 Total
Indicated Run-out.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is as long as the original purchaser owns the axle. If the axle is sold used, the warranty stays with the original
purchaser. In other words, if you buy a used axle, it has no warranty.
What is the warranty on a replacement axle?
If you require a replacement axle under warranty, the replacement axle is warranted for as long as you own that axle (you must be
the original purchaser). If the replacement axle should subsequently require replacement, there will be a charge of $175.00 plus
freight. In summary, the first axle replacement is free. Any replacement thereafter costs $175.00. (This special pricing is near cost
and is a great value to the customer, since you will pay only “cost” for as many axles as you replace.)
Who pays shipping?
The customer/owner pays all shipping costs, and may specify any UPS service desired (air, ground, etc.).
How do I make a warranty claim?
The original purchaser must have warranty registration card on file with TEAM. If you are the original purchaser, clean the axle so
it is free of dirt and grease. Keep all nuts, bolts, rings, wheel hubs and other hardware. (TEAM is not liable for lost hardware. If
you send the hardware and it is lost in shipping, you will need to purchase replacement hardware.) Include your name, address
and phone number. If you wish to prepay return shipping and avoid a COD fee, include your credit card number and expiration
date.Without prepayment information,we will ship COD,which will require a money order for payment. Axles will be straightened
if possible;those that can’t be straightened will be replaced.If the replacement axle is out of stock,TEAM will ship as soon as the
axle is available.
