Tree Top Zip Tour experiences is comprised of a

SURVIVAL 101 CHALLENGE

Alongside experienced instructors, take off into
the woods for a day of survival. This course
will be a great team building opportunity as
well as a great chance to learn valuable life
saving techniques. From shelter building and
water purification to rope skills and self-rescue
techniques, this is the perfect “wake-up”
experience for your team. Team members will be
forced outside of their comfort zones and will
have to support one another to survive.
RIDING LESSONS

Instruction is offered on our seasoned lesson

leisurely guided tour. Advanced reservations

our Relaxed Nature Hike program. This is more
of subtle hike focused on just getting outside
and learning about the resort, Middleburg, or
what is around us. Our hike is very modest in

Nourish the mind and connective tissues during a
90-minute session of Yin Yoga. We’ll explore long
supported holds which target ligaments, bones and
joints. This slow practice is suitable for beginners

bird of prey fly to their gloved arm. Imagine the
bird dropping from 20 feet high or approaching
from 100 feet away as it is called to your glove.

history from past times and how this quaint

This once-in-a-lifetime experience presents the
fascinating natural history, training, conservation
and concerns about these majestic predators.
Following a live demonstration of the training
methods and an overview of the natural
behavior of raptors, each participant will have
the opportunity to hold a live raptor on their
arm for a wonderful photo opportunity. Ages

mostly vitis vinifera vineyards set against the
