bank. We have a separate Loan and Finance department which looks after credit needs of a willing
client. This service comes in handy especially when an investor is planning to buy a property which

Like any Post Graduate student with an Engineering degree
supplemented by an MBA in Marketing & Finance, my sole aim
was to get a respectable job. My first break came to me in the year
2001 as an opportunity to join Keselec Schreder Pvt. Ltd. and after
it I switched to a couple of major companies like Whirlpool &
Godrej. But it did little good in quenching my thirst for excellence.
I had innovative ideas which needed ground to develop, in search
of that I began a small business and found Real Estate to be the
industry to implement my ideas. I started dealing with prestigious
names such as BPTP Parklands, OMAXE, Unitech etc. but still my
goal was far off. As all this started with an initial investment of Rupees fifty thousand, hindrances were
many, but I gradually overcame all of them turn by turn. In 2008, I associated with Jaypee Greens and
looking at the quality of work and the volume of business Helios generated, Jaypee Greens proposed a
flagship under their patronage by the name “Jaypee Boutique”. The concept was new, but it blended
well with the type of initiations I wanted to bring to the Realty Industry in India. So, in the year 2009, I
started Jaypee Boutique with an exclusive Jaypee office at Crown Plaza, Faridabad, with 2 executives
and a network of 5 Associates. Yet I was able to reach the landmark sales turnover of Rs.100 crores
within a short span of one year.
In the year 2010, the employee strength increased along with the associates’ network of 200 and
parallel to it raised the Total Sales to a whooping 800 crores. The current status is such that we stand as
a diversified institution with many projects from different Developers by the name “Helios
Developers”. With more projects in hand was required more manpower. Hence, our employee strength
grew up to 150 employees with a gargantuan network of 800 associates and the business spread to
cities including Delhi NCR & States of India like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana & Uttarakhand, as well as NRI
Market.
