1997
Founded in 1997, we began as NewsProNet and a team of award-winning television
news professionals with the purpose of producing special projects and investigative
stories for local news stations across the country — the kinds of stories that form the
foundation of promotional strategies and have the most impact – on viewers and
ratings. SweepsFeed reached nearly 80% of US households within two years and
counted some of the most successful newsrooms in the country as its clients.

2000
Recognizing the growing importance of the Internet, we created a companion service
called KnowMore™ —embeddable web content that complimented and expanded on
each of our broadcast reports. This led to a significant investment by NBC in 2001, and
an expanded relationship which led to “Impacto”, the Spanish-language version of
SweepsFeed, delivered to all of the Telemundo (NBC) stations.
2008
The company was acquired by NatCom Marketing, a successful ad agency in Miami,
Florida, founded by Bob Rodriguez and Eddie Sarasola. Bob and Eddie shared our
original passion for local news and a vision of the company that took us to the next level.
They brought their many years of experience and success as entrepreneurs and
business owners to develop what became known as NPN Media.
TODAY
Today, Natcom, the resulting merger between Natcom Marketing and NPN Media is a
globally-integrated content company that produces and distributes video content and
serves media outlets and corporate brands around the world. Our award-winning team
of producers, videographers and editors continually aim to break the mold and engage
