For indoor design conditions see page 2-2 of ACCA Manual J which
says:
Cooling calculations are based on the summer design temperature and
Grains Difference values listed in Table 1 and a 75 °F indoor temperature
unless a code or regulation species otherwise. The indoor humidity
design value can range from 55% RH to 45% RH.
