When the seller contracted to replace the windows, a lead paint test was performed. The results
are attached (p42) but are extremely hard to read. To her knowledge, lead
based paint was found so the window contractor used lead safe procedures (p40) during the
removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows.
When the seller purchased the house, an underground oil tank was located on the side of the
house near the driveway. It was removed by Pollard Environmental and all the related paperwork,
including the County of Fairfax fire permit and a clearance letter from Virginia DOE, are included
in this disclosure packet.

Every purchaser of any interest in residential real property on which a residential dwelling was built prior to 1978 is notified
that such property may present exposure to lead from lead-based paint that may place young children at risk of developing
lead poisoning. Lead poisoning in young children may produce permanent neurological damage, including learning
disabilities, reduced intelligence quotient, behavioral problems, and impaired memory. Lead poisoning also poses a
