Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2
By: Kenedi Stotesbery
Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 is the upcoming sequel to
that All-American comedy film from seven years ago:
Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
After six years of protecting the mall, Paul Blart
has earned a vacation, so he heads off to Las Vegas with
his teenage daughter, played by Raini Rodriguez (Trish
from Disney Channel’s Austin & Ally) before she goes off
to college. While there, Blart stumbles upon a heist and
must single-handedly apprehend the crooks.
Mall Cop 2 comes out today with Kevin James
returning as Paul Blart. If you’ve seen the first Mall Cop
and loved it, and have nothing to do on a Friday night, go
see Mall Cop 2.

At the girls’ recent game against Wheaton,
they played hard but came up short
with a score of 7-9. Their next game
is against BE is on Friday at home.
The Clay Busters’ first meet
was Sunday and they will continue to
have events every Sunday until the
season ends with the state trap shooting meet in Alexandria in early June.
The golfing girls are represented by Jessaline
this year who is hoping everything keeps drying up
so she can go out and win some meets!
The Tracksters are off to a great start. Their
first meet went very well and many athletes placed.
Seniors who had a great showing in Milbank on
Tuesday include: Jamie—second in the 3200m run.
Rachael—third in shot and sixth in disc.
In LQPV, Rachael placed first in shot and
fourth in disc. The 4x4 team of Callie K, Nora, Jamie and Callie V. also placed fourth.
The baseball team had their first win of the season on Tuesday against Canby with a score of 12-1. On
Monday, they suffered a close loss of 6-5 to a conference matchup against Ortonville. They also lost against
BE on Friday. Today they play their rival, Wheaton.
On Tuesday the Tracksters traveled to Milbank
for their second meet of the season. They came out
with three firsts, along with several other places. On
Friday April 10, they traveled to LQPV, earning three
first places and a couple second places. Their next
meet is tomorrow in Morris!

They did not earn any places, however, they did do
well for the start of the season. On Thursday April 9,
they traveled to Battle Lake where Matt
Backer earned fifth place. Their next
meet is in Minnewaska on Saturday!

From the Desk of Mrs. WahlHey everyone! I am so glad to be back and see you
all! It was a busy leave with my little Harley but so amazing! Just a heads up that it is testing time at the elementary
and so I may not be seen as much around the high school.
There is also a lot for me to get updated on.
You can see my schedule on my door to know when
I'm going to be here and leave your name on my clipboard
if you need something so I will know to have you come in.
That will really help me know what needs to be done and
prioritize and will help you get what you need quicker!
Please be patient and rest assured that I will get to you soon
as possible! Thank you and have a great week!
