PHC-208TM is based on super low frequency electrotherapy. The objective is to
produce a therapeutic effect similar to the one produced using a traditional Chinese
acupuncture needle. The low frequency electrical impulses stimulate your main and
collateral body accupoints imitating the actual feeling of massaging, pounding on your
back, performing acupuncture and applying cupping techniques. The user may feel
relief immediately for acute conditions such as gasteralgia or lower limb pains by using
the PHC-208TM.
PHC-208TM offers the latest advances as a new generation health-care product. The
PHC-208TM is an advanced user friendly TENS instrument. It applies the physics of
bionics, traditional Chinese medicine, and clinical treatment methods. It offers not only
the seven functions presented in our previous product series, but has added distinctive

Components & Functions of Main Unit
1. Mode selection: Manual/Auto Mode.
1) The Mode is Manual Mode after opening the device,
and it can be changed to Auto Mode

once pressing 4 over 3 seconds.
2) Change Manual Mode to Auto Mode, and the intensity
degree decreases 1, and the time changes to 03 minutes.
3) Change Auto Mode to Manual Mode, and the intensity
degree becomes 01, and the time changes to 30 minutes.

2. Manual Mode:
1) Under Manual Mode, Press 2 to change the function to next one that user needs,
and the LCD arrow will direct the selected function, and the time is 30 minutes.
2) The intensity is 01 automatically to avoid the sudden change. Press 3 or 4 to in
crease or decrease the intensity.
1 Power Switch key:
Open: Press it to start, the original LCD shows: Manual Mode, the arrow directs
function of Massage, intensity is 01, and time is 30 minutes.
Close: Press it over 3 seconds to close, or close automatically after 30 minutes.
2 Function Selection key:
Press it to select eight functions: Acupuncture, Massage, Scraping, Beating,
Manipulation, Slimming, Blood Pressure, Feet-cure.
3 Intensity Increase key:
Press once to increase 1 degree, and the maximum degree is 32.
3. Auto Mode:
1) Under Auto Mode, and the function can be automatically
changed from Massage to Feet-cure every 3 minutes.
2) The time for each function is 3 minutes,
and the device will be switched off automatically

after all functions finish.
3) Under Auto Mode, the intensity doesn’t change when the
function changes, and press 3 or 4 to in/decrease intensity.

4 Intensity Decrease key / Manual/Auto Mode Key:
Press once to decrease 1 degree, and the minimum degree is 01.
Press this key over 3 seconds, Mode can be changed freely between Auto and
Manual.
5 LCD Screen: Directly shows the output condition.

Treatment Guide
1) A standard number of treatments per day is 1-2. Some people may feel tired
during the first week of use. In this case, lower the intensity, shorten the time,
and also limit the number of treatments to one a day.

Maintenance and Storage After Use
Preparation Prior to Use
1. Cleaning the electrodes
1 Battery installation
1) Push off the battery deck cover and open the deck;
2) Insert three 7# batteries, paying attention to polarity.
3) Close the deck cover firmly.
After use, wipe off the dirt on the surface of adhering pads with wet cloth (thin silk
or glabrous woolen cloth) and place them against the chord winder. If the pads are
more than dirty, you can wash them with clean water and regain their stickness after
drying.
If pad is still not adhesive after drying, skin might feel stabbing pain. In this case you
may adopt one or two drops of water to moisturize the pad for better adhesion. But
excessive water shall be avoided which may weaken the adhesion. Cold weather
may affect the adhering force. Adhering pad is renewable. If adhesion becomes too
poor, new pad is available for replacing. To keep the clips clean and dry, you can
wipe them with alcohol.
2 Preparation of electrodes
1) Peel off the smooth film on the adhering pads.
2) Put the adhering pads on the chord winder after use.
3 Placing electrodes
1) Wipe the position of body to be
massaged with wet towel to
remove oil, dirt, sweat and makeup;
2) Stick the electrodes directly onto the skin to be massaged.
3) Treatment can not be effected unless both of the two electrodes are placed onto
the body surface. It is not necessary to place the two electrodes symmetrically.
4) Before treating, you may choose two pieces of medical pads, or choose
acupoint pen with one piece of medical pad, as following picture shows.

2. Cleaning the main unit
The main unit and electrodes should be cleaned after use.
Regular cleaning of accessories is necessary. Clean the
main unit and electrodes with soft cloth without
dilutions, patrol or other volatile solutions.
3. Storage
Keep away from moisture, high temperature, direct sunlight and water.
Keep away from children to avoid contrived damage.
Take out the batteries if you will not use it for a certain long time.

Acupoint Selection and Treatment for Discomfort
You should choose the acupoints to be treated according
to your symptom. If you just want to have massage to
release fatigue, you may choose the acupoints according
to the acupoint map or just massage the sore place.
However, if you want to treat various diseases, you
should choose the proper acupoints according to the
acupoint selection table or other medical books. Correct
selection of acupoints helps a lot to cure your disease, and wrong one may cause vain
effect or even side effect.
