Ms. Flaz brings ten years of experience in the legal sector to DR & R, especially in litigation matters. She is well-versed in
labor law, and also works with corporate law, civil matters, inheritances, and family law.
She has worked in the most prestigious law firms in the Dominican Republic. In her first years, she worked as a paralegal,
preparing closings, as well as helping with hearings and trials, and elaborating letters to auditors. During four years she
was responsible for coordinating the assistance to hearings of a team of fifteen attorneys.
Ms. Flaz is highly diligent and detail-oriented, with vast ability in elaborating legal briefs, petitions, and appeals, as well
as in preparing different types of contracts.
Education
Ms. Flaz earned her law degree in 2012 from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
She has attended relevant workshops and seminars about real estate law, criminal procedure, family law and the implementation of the new companies’ law. Additionally, she obtained a diploma in labor and social security law.
