Starting in 2016 and as the first 5-star hotel
in Switzerland, the Giardino Ascona will
offer treatments and therapies based on the
ancient healing art of Ayurveda. Ayurveda
by Giardino is lead by a highly qualified team
of Ayurvedic specialists, yoga instructors
and massage therapists and can be booked
for individual treatments or stays of several
days, e. g. as the Ayurveda-Detox-Cure.
Enthusiasts of Ayurvedic cuisine can sample
the Ayurveda menu at the restaurant
Aphrodite which is – even without complementing treatments – an enlightening
experience.
