It can work manually or semi automatically, with closing through electromagnets. It can be activated
through electric foot switch or automatic settable cycle, with digital control of sealing parameters.
Digital timer with LCD, to allow an accurate setting and real checking of the sealing and cooling time.
It can be linked to any dosing system.
Available in 470 and 620 mm bars versions. Sealing width 4 mm. Double sealing jaw
and separated time and temperature setting for the sealing of bag of any thickness,

Heavy duty highly flexible impulse sealer,
activated through three closing electromagnets to be used with polyethylene
and alluminium or paper coated sacks.

Separated adjustment of sealing time and temperature.
Also supplied mounted on adjustable stand with locking castors, it can be easily installed anywhere

are the ideal solution for dosing a wide variety of non flowing
powdered products or products which can present problems
due to compactness and variable density.
All parts in contact with the product are strictly manufactured

All Gandus VAF dosers have been studied to work

Vertical form-fill-seal machines to create bags with three hermetic seals starting
from a reel of thermoseleable film of max reel width 420 mm, 520 mm, 620 mm.

Constant heated crimped seal, suitable for coated materials: polypropylene, aluminium/polyethylene,
paper/polyethylene or thermocontrolled impulse flat seal with ROPEX digital main board developed
for PE and cast PP film.
Full PLC management, able to interface with in-feed and dosing automatic systems. Available in different

ONE-WAY DEGASSING VALVE
The group allows the realization in one unique station of the punchering of the packaging flexible material,

The three sealing parameters, Temperature -Force - Time, are accurately controlled up to
60 times a second during the seal cycle, to guarantee the repeatability of the seal quality.
If there is any deviation from the set parameters the machine automatically stops working
and sounds an audible alarm. Thanks to the Remote Management Software it can be
interfaced with a Personal Computer to remotely set the sealer and record the functioning
data to guarantee the traceability of the sealing parameters. The records can be stored on
PC and managed in Excel format. The software also allows for creating charts, which can
be stored or printed to be kept as documents of process validation.
