Produktbeschreibung Denture Art
Lagerung: Materialien gut verschlossen bei Raumtemperatur lagern
Diese innovative Verfahrenstechnik minimiert die Polymerisationsschrumpfung (low shrinkage effect) des Kunststoffes. Dadurch werden
Bisserhöhungen und Spaltbildungen vermieden. Die Ergiebigkeit des
Kofferinhaltes (Castdon Base) entspricht ca. 10 Prothesen.
Der Garant zur ästhetischen und rationellen Fertigstellung in der
Total-, Teil- und Kombinationsprothetik. Die Effektivitäts- und
Qualitätssteigerung für den prothetischen Arbeitsalltag.
Denture Art ist ein komplexes Gießsystem zur kreativen Umsetzung
einer naturgetreuen Zahnfleischgestaltung. Castdon Base ist ein
Prothesenkunststoff, der bewusst opaker eingestellt ist als bisherige
Kunststoffe. Ausgewählte Intensivfarben gewähren jeglichen
Gestaltungsfreiraum und erfüllen alle Bedürfnisse zahntechnischer
Konstruktionen. Denture Art Materialien gliedern sich perfekt in die
Mundhöhle ein und decken Zahnhälse und konstruktive Bauteile sicher
ab. Castdon color ermöglicht die naturgetreue Reproduktion unterschiedlicher Zahnfleischfarben. Es stehen drei standardisierte Farben
zur Verfügung. Margin white steht für ein straffes, gesundes Zahnfleisch im marginalen Zahnhalsbereich. Gingiva red kommt bei der
farblichen Gestaltung weicherer Gingivaanteile zum Einsatz.
Vein blue ermöglicht die Charakterisierung der blauen Gingivaanteile.
Castdon intense bietet weitere Freiräume der Individualisierung.
Vier Intensivfarben und zwei Aderfarben lassen alle Möglichkeiten zu,
um ein natürliches Zahnfleisch zu reproduzieren.
Haltbarkeit: siehe Etikett
Warnhinweise: Bitte vermeiden Sie längeren Hautkontakt mit nicht
polymerisiertem Material. Nur in gut belüfteten Räumen verarbeiten.
Übermäßiges Einatmen der Monomerdämpfe vermeiden, da sie
Methylmethacrylat enthalten.
Bitte beachten Sie: Das Denture Art System wurde ausschließlich für
den erläuterten Einsatzbereich im Dentallabor entwickelt und ist
gemäß dieser Anleitung zu verarbeiten. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass im
Rahmen der Produkthaftung ausschließlich die im Denture Art System
enthaltenen Produktkomponenten verwendet werden dürfen.
Für Schäden, die sich aus unsachgemäßer Verarbeitung ergeben,
wird keine Haftung übernommen.

Product description Denture Art
Storage: At room temperature in the closed original container
This innovative manufacturing technology minimises the polymerisation shrinkage (low shrinkage effect) of the resin. Therefore
raising bites are avoided. The contents of the case (Castdon Base)
lasts for approx. 10 dentures. The guarantor for the aesthetic and
efficient completion in the total, partial and combination prosthetics.
The effect and quality improvement for the daily prosthetic work.
Denture Art is a complex pouring system for the creative transfer of a
lifelike gingiva. Castdon Base is a denture resin which is more opaque
than previous resins. Special intensive colours allow every freedom
regarding the design and fulfil all needs of dental constructions.
Denture Art materials become perfectly integrated into the oral cavity
and masks cervical areas and constructive parts safely. Castdon color
enables the lifelike reproduction of different gingiva colours. Three
standardised colours are available. Margin white signalises a firm,
healthy gingiva in the marginal area. Gingiva red is used regarding
the colour design of softer gingiva parts. Vein blue enables the
characterisation of the blue gingiva parts. Castdon intense offers
further freedom concerning the individualisation. Four intensive
colours and two vein colours permit to reproduce a natural gingiva.
Shelf life: see label
Warning: Please avoid longer skin contact with non-polymerised
material. Only use in well-ventilated rooms. Avoid excessive breathing
as the material contains methylmetacrylate.
Please consider: The Denture Art System has only been developed for
the a. m. field of application in the dental laboratory and has to be
used according to this instruction. We would like to point out that within the scope of the product liability - the product components of
this Denture Art System only have to be used. For damages which
result form faulty processing we do not assume any liability.

für eine Prothese: 10,5 g Liquid zu 17 g Pulver
oder Dosierhilfen verwenden. Anmischverhältnis für Reparaturen: 8 - 10 g Liquid zu 17 g
Pulver. Adern nach Bedarf zufügen.
