Città fondata dai Romani, Trento
conserva ancora parecchi elementi legati
a quel periodo. A partire dallo spazio
archeologico sotterraneo di piazza
Cesare Battisti, che offre un raro ma
completo esempio di urbanistica romana,
presentato in un allestimento affascinante
e suggestivo. Da non perdere la visita alla
basilica paleocristiana e all’area di Palazzo
Lodron.
Grazie alla sua posizione di sempre tra
l’Europa meridionale e il mondo tedesco,
dal 1545 al 1563 fu la sede del Concilio
che riformò la Chiesa cattolica in risposta
all’esplodere delle dottrine protestanti.
Di questo periodo restano numerose
testimonianze urbanistiche ed
architettoniche che arricchiscono ancora
il clima culturale cittadino.
Non è difficile riconoscere gli esempi di
quel florido periodo culturale che, come
molte altre città d’Italia, animò anche
Trento. Passeggiando per il centro storico
basta alzare un po’ gli occhi per scorgere
le preziose facciate rinascimentali che
decorano Palazzo Thun e Palazzo
Geremia, sedi del Comune, Palazzo
Alberti Colico e, in piazza Duomo, le
bellissime Case Rella.
City founded by the Romans, Trento still preserves
many elements linked to that time. Starting with
the underground archaeological area under
piazza Cesare Battisti, which offers a rare but
complete example of Roman town-planning,
presented in an intriguing and striking display.
A visit to the Paleochristian basilica is not to be
missed and the area around palazzo Lodron.
Thanks to its position between southern Europe
and the German-speaking world, from 1545 to
1563 it was home to the council that reformed the
Catholic Church in response to the explosion of
the Protestant doctrine. Much evidence of townplanning and architecture remain from this time
that enrich this city’s cultural climate even further.
It is not difficult to recognise examples from
that prosperous cultural period that, as in many
other Italian cities, also animated Trento. Strolling
through the historical centre just glance up to
discern precious Renaissance facades that
decorate Palazzo Thun and Palazzo Geremia,
homes to the Municipality, Palazzo Alberti Colico
and, in piazza Duomo, the wonderful Case Rella.
Von Römern gegründet, bewahrt Trient noch
heute viele Elemente aus jener Zeit. Zum
Beispiel die Ausgrabungsstätte unterhalb der
Piazza Cesare Battisti, die ein seltenes aber
vollständiges Gelände Römischen Städtebaus
zeigt. Darüber hinaus sollte man sich einen
Besuch der Frühchristlichen Basilika und des
Archäologischen Areals im Palazzo Lodron nicht
entgehen lassen.
Dank ihrer Lage zwischen Mitteleuropa und
den Mittelmeerländern war Trient, von 1545 bis
1563, Sitz des Konzils, welches die Katholische
Kirche, als Antwort auf die zunehmende Zahl
der Protestanten, neu gestaltete. Aus dieser Zeit
stammen einige Gebäude, die noch heute das Bild
und die Kultur der Stadt prägen.
Es ist nicht schwierig die blühende Kulturelle
Periode wieder zu erkennen, die auch viele
andere Italienische Städte geprägt hat. Während
eines Spazierganges durch das Stadtzentrum
braucht man nur den Blick etwas zu heben, um
die kostbaren Bauwerke der Renaissance zu
bewundern. Besonders sehenswert sind Palazzo
Thun und Palazzo Geremia, heute Sitz der
Stadtgemeinde, Palazzo Alberti Colico und auf dem
Domplatz die wunderschönen Rella Häuser.

along tracks in the woods, without depending on ski
lifts. Crosscountry skiing is the essence of skiing, of
moving on snow. This sport finds an ideal environment
in the vast sunny Viote hollow, where circuits continue
for 35 kilometres through rich Alpine vegetation.

FOR THE SALE
OF TOURIST PACKAGES
ALLGEMEINE VERTRAGSBEDINGUNGEN
ZUM VERKAUF VON TOURISTIKPAUSCHALANGEBOTEN
1. NOZIONE DI PACCHETTO TURISTICO
Ai sensi del decreto legislativo n. 206 del 6.9.2005 “Codice del consumo”
i pacchetti turistici hanno per oggetto i viaggi, le vacanze ed i circuiti
“tutto compreso”, risultanti dalla prefissata combinazione di almeno
due degli elementi di seguito indicati, venduti od offerti in vendita ad un
prezzo forfetario, e di durata superiore alle 24 ore ovvero estendentisi
per un periodo di tempo comprendente almeno una notte: a) trasporto;
b) alloggio; c) servizi turistici non accessori al trasporto o all’alloggio che
costituiscano parte significativa del “pacchetto turistico”.
2. CONTRATTI DI VIAGGIO E RESPONSABILITÀ
I contratti di cui al presente programma si intendono regolati dal
decreto legislativo n. 206 del 6.9.2005 e dalla legge del 27.12.1977
n°1084 di ratifica ed esecuzione della Convenzione Internazionale
relativa al contratto di viaggio (CCV) firmata a Bruxelles il 23.4.1970. La
responsabilità dell’organizzatore del soggiorno non può in nessun caso
eccedere i limiti previsti dalla legge citata.
3. PRENOTAZIONI
L’accettazione delle prenotazioni è subordinata da parte
dell’organizzazione del soggiorno alla disponibilità dei posti e si intende
perfezionata al momento conferma da parte dell’organizzatore stesso.
4. PAGAMENTI
all’atto della prenotazione dovrà essere versato un acconto pari al
25% della quota di partecipazione ai sensi dell’articolo 86 punto d. Il
saldo dell’ammontare rimasto dovrà essere regolato con bonifico
bancario entro due settimane prima dell’inizio del viaggio, oppure in
concomitanza con la prenotazione, se questa è effettuata nei 14 giorni
antecedenti la partenza.
5. VALIDITÀ DELLE QUOTE DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Le quote si intendono per persona per soggiorno e sono state calcolate
in base ai prezzi ed alle tariffe in vigore al 01.09.2008 e potranno variare
in conseguenza delle eventuali variazioni dei servizi turistici e delle tariffe
dei vettori. Se l’aumento globale eccede il 10% il cliente ha facoltà di
recedere dal contratto purché ne dia comunicazione all’organizzazione
entro 48 ore dal ricevimento della comunicazione relativa all’aumento.
6. RINUNCE
Se un partecipante iscritto al soggiorno dovesse rinunciare avrà diritto al
rimborso della somma versata al netto delle penalità qui riportate:
•20% dal momento della prenotazione sino a 15 giorni lavorativi prima
dell’inizio del soggiorno;
•30% da 14 a 8 giorni lavorativi prima dell’inizio del soggiorno;
•50% da 7 a 0 giorni lavorativi prima dell’inizio del soggiorno (sabato
escluso).
Nessun rimborso dopo tale termine. Nessun rimborso spetterà a chi non
si presenterà in hotel o rinuncerà al soggiorno durante lo svolgimento
dello stesso. Il cliente rinunciatario potrà farsi sostituire da altra persona
sempre che ne dia comunicazione all’organizzazione almeno 10 giorni
prima dell’inizio del soggiorno.
7. CAUSA DI FORZA MAGGIORE
Scioperi, avverse condizioni atmosferiche, calamità naturali, disordini
civili e militari: questi ed altri fatti simili costituiscono causa di forza
maggiore e non sono imputabili all’organizzazione ed ai vettori.
Eventuali spese supplementari non saranno rimborsate.
8. ANNULLAMENTO DEL VIAGGIO DA PARTE DELL’ORGANIZZATORE
L’organizzatore potrà annullare il contratto in qualsiasi momento ai sensi
art. 91 e 92 del decreto legislativo n. 206 del 6.9.2005 senz’altro obbligo
che la restituzione delle somme versate. L’organizzatore può annullare
il contratto senza indennità quando il numero minimo dei partecipanti
previsto dal programma non sia raggiunto, sempre che ciò sia portato a
conoscenza del cliente almeno 15 giorni prima della partenza.
9. RESPONSABILITÀ DEI VETTORI
I vettori sono responsabili nei confronti dei viaggiatori limitatamente
alla durata del trasporto in conformità a quanto da essi previsto nelle
condizioni di trasporto. Il programma è pubblicato dietro la sola
responsabilità dell’organizzatore e non impegna quindi i vettori.
10. FORO COMPETENTE
Per ogni eventuale controversia sarà competente il Foro di Trento

11. COMUNICAZIONE OBBLIGATORIA
Comunicazione Obbligatoria ai sensi dell’art. 16 della legge 3 agosto
1998 n. 269 - La legge italiana punisce con la pena della reclusione i
reati inerenti alla prostituzione e alla pornografia minorile, anche se gli
stessi sono commessi all’estero.
1. THE CONCEPT OF A TOURIST PACKAGE
According to the legislative decree n. 206, 6.9.2005 “Code of
consumption” tourist packages are intended as trips, holidays and “all
inclusive” packages, from the predetermined combination of at least
two of the elements indicated below, sold or offered on sale at a forfeit
price, and of a period exceeding 24 hours or covering a period of time
including at least a night: a) transport; b) accommodation; c) tourist
services not involving transport or accommodation that comprise a
significant part of the “tourist package”.
2. TRAVEL CONTRACTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
The contracts that the current programme adheres by is in accordance
with the legislative decree n. 206 del 6.9.2005 and law 27.12.1977
n°1084 of ratification and execution of the International Convention
concerning the travel contract (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23.4.1970.
The organiser’s responsibility for the stay can under no circumstances
exceed the limits foreseen by this law.
3. BOOKINGS
The acceptance of bookings depends on the guest service’s availability
and will only be considered definite upon confirmation from the
organiser.
4. PAYMENT
On booking a deposit of 25% of the overall sum should be paid
according to article 86 point d. The remaining payment should be
made by bank transfer at least two weeks before the start of the holiday,
otherwise at the same time as the booking if this is made within 14 days
prior to departure.
5. SHAREHOLDING VALIDITY
The amounts are calculated per person per stay and are calculated on
the basis of the prices in force on 01.09.2008 and could change due
to possible tourist service and transport price changes. If the global
increase exceeds 10% the customer is entitled to withdraw from the
contract provided that it is communicated to the organiser within 48
hours of learning about the increase.
6. CANCELLATIONS
If a participant should wish to cancel he will be allowed a net refund of
any sum already paid in accordance with these penalties:
- 20% from the moment of booking until 15 working days before the
start of the stay;
- 30% between 14 and 8 working days before the start of the stay;
- 50% between 7 and 0 working days before the start of the stay
(Saturday excluded).
No refund after such terms. No refund will be given to those who do not
turn up at the hotel or decide to leave during the holiday. A customer,
who chooses to cancel, can propose a replacement as long as the
organisation is informed at least 10 days before the start of the stay.
7. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ONE’S CONTROL
Strikes, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, civil and military
disorder: these and other similar events constitute circumstances
beyond one’s control and are not attributable to the organisation and
transport operators. Possible expenditures will not be reimbursed.
8. CANCELLATION OF THE HOLIDAY BY THE ORGANISER
The organiser may cancel the contract in any moment according to art.
91 and 92 of the legislative decree n. 206, 6.9.2005 concerning the Int.
Convention related to the travel contracts and is only under obligation to
reimburse the sum paid. The organiser can cancel the contract without
compensation when the minimum number foreseen for the group has
not been reached, as long as the customer has been informed at lest 15
days before departure.
9. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRANSPORT OPERATORS
The transport operators are only responsible for the holiday makers
during transportation and in agreement with the conditions of transport.
The organisers have sole responsibility for the publication of the
programme therefore the transport operators are under no obligation.
10. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

„Verbrauchergesetzgebung” haben Touristik- Pauschalangebote Reisen,
Urlaubsaufenthalte und All Inclusive-Aufenthalte zum Objekt, die zumindest
zwei der nachfolgend beschriebenen Elemente beinhalten. Sie werden
entweder verkauft oder zum Verkauf mit einem Pauschalpreis angeboten,
mit einer Dauer von mehr als 24 Stunden, d. h. über einen Zeitraum, der
mindestens eine Übernachtung vorsieht: a) Beförderung; b) Beherbergung;
c) touristische Dienstleistungen, die in keinem Zusammenhang mit der
Beförderung oder der Beherbergung stehen, und einen wesentlichen
Bestandteil des Touristik-Pauschalangebots ausmachen.
2. REISEVERTRÄGE UND HAFTPFLICHT
Die Verträge des vorliegenden Programms werden durch die
Gesetzesverordnung Nr. 206 vom 6.9.2005 geregelt und durch das
Gesetz vom 27.12.1977 Nr. 1084 über Genehmigung und Anwendung
des Internationalen Abkommens in Bezug auf Reiseverträge, in Brüssel
am 23.4.1970 unterzeichnet. Die Haftpflicht des Reiseveranstalters kann in
keinem Fall die durch dieses Gesetz festgelegten Grenzen überschreiten.
3. BUCHUNGEN
Die Akzeptierung der Buchungen ist seitens des Reiseveranstalters von den
zur Verfügung stehenden Plätzen abhängig und wird durch die Bestätigung
desselben als gültig erklärt.
4. ZAHLUNGEN
Bei der Buchung ist eine Vorauszahlung in Höhe von 25% der
Teilnahmequote laut Art. 86, Absatz d, zu leisten. Der Restbetrag ist
spätestens zwei Wochen vor Reiseantritt mittels Banküberweisung zu
begleichen oder bei der Buchung, falls diese innerhalb 14 Tage vor der
Abreise erfolgt.
5. GÜLTIGKEIT DER TEILNAHMEQUOTEN
Die Quoten verstehen sich pro Person und Aufenthalt und wurden
anhand der am 01.09.2008 gültigen Preise berechnet. Folglich können sie
aufgrund eventueller Variationen bei den touristischen Dienstleistungen und
Fahrpreisen variieren. Sollte die allgemeine Erhöhung 10% übersteigen,
kann der Kunde vom Vertrag zurücktreten.
Die Mitteilung an den Veranstalter hat allerdings innerhalb von 48 Stunden
nach der Benachrichtigung von der Erhöhung zu erfolgen.
6. STORNIERUNGEN
Sollte ein Teilnehmer seinen Aufenthalt stornieren, besteht
Rückzahlungsrecht des Nettobetrags nach Abzug der nachfolgend
aufgelisteten Konventionsstrafe:
•20% ab dem Buchungsdatum bis 15 Arbeitstage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts.
•30% 14 bis 8 Arbeitstage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts.
•50% 7 bis 0 Arbeitstage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts (ausgenommen
Samstag).
Nach diesem Termin erfolgt keine Rückzahlung. Kein Rückzahlungsrecht
besteht bei Nichterscheinen im Hotel oder bei Verzicht auf den Aufenthalt
während desselben. Der zurücktretende Kunde kann sich durch eine andere
Person ersetzen lassen, muss aber dem Veranstalter dies mindestens 10
Tage vor Aufenthaltsbeginn mitteilen.
7. HÖHERE GEWALT
Streiks, ungünstige Wetterbedingungen, Naturkatastrophen, Volks- und
Militärunruhen und andere, ähnliche Ereignisse sind ein Grund von höherer
Gewalt und können nicht dem Veranstalter und den Beförderern angelastet
werden. Eventuelle Mehrkosten werden nicht zurückerstattet.
8. STORNIERUNG DER REISE SEITENS DES VERANSTALTERS
Der Veranstalter kann laut Art. 91 und 92 der Gesetzesverordnung Nr. 206
vom 6.9.2005 jederzeit den Vertrag stornieren. Dabei hat er lediglich die
Pflicht, die bereits bezahlten Beträge zurückzuerstatten. Der Veranstalter
kann den Vertrag ohne Schadenersatz stornieren, falls die vom Programm
vorgesehene Mindestteilnehmerzahl nicht erreicht wird. Davon muss er
aber den Kunden mindestens 15 Tage vor der Abreise in Kenntnis setzen.
9. HAFTPFLICHT DER BEFÖRDERER
Die Beförderer sind gegenüber den Reisenden nur während der Dauer der
Fahrt verantwortlich, und zwar in Übereinstimmung mit den festgelegten
Transportbestimmungen. Für das veröffentlichte Programm trägt nur der
Veranstalter die Haftpflicht und folglich nicht die Beförderer.
10. ZUSTÄNDIGER GERICHTSSTAND
Für jeden eventuellen Streitfall ist das Gericht von Trento zuständig.

11.PFLICHTGEMÄSSE MITTEILUNG
Pflichtgemäße Mitteilung laut Art. 16 des Gesetzes Nr. 269 vom 3. August
1998 – Das italienische Gesetz bestraft mit Haftstrafen Delikte in Bezug auf
Prostitution und Pornographie mit Minderjährigen, auch wenn diese im
Ausland begangen werden.
