and vertical transport
Die Humanisierung von Arbeitsplätzen und der
Wunsch nach wirtschaftlicheren Alternativen an
wartungsarmen bzw. wartungsfreien Zugmitteln
führte zur Entwicklung spezieller Fördergurte
für die Automobilindustrie und ähnlich
gelagerter Anwendungsbereiche. Im Vergleich
zu traditionellen Zugmitteln, wie Ketten oder
Seilen, besitzen sie folgende Vorteile:
· geräuscharm
· verschleißarm
· keine bzw. geringe Wartung
· Überlastungssicherheit
· hohe Lebensdauer
· ruckfreier Lauf
As a result of the general trend toward a more
human working environment and in the interest
of rendering traction mechanisms less
maintenance-intensive – if not completely
maintenance free – , special transport belts
have been developed for the automotive
industry and other application areas with similar
needs. The advantages these offer over
traditional traction mechanisms – like chains or
cables – are the following:
· quieter operation
· greater wear resistance
· little or no maintenance requirement
· invulnerability to overload
· long service life
· joltless operation
Darüber hinaus ergeben sich bei der
Verwendung von Stahlseilen als Zugträger
gegenüber textilen Materialien die Vorteile
· der geringeren elastischen Dehnung
(geringere Neigung zum „Slip-Stick-Effekt)
· der geringen plastischen Dehnung
(„Kriechen“)
· einer hohen dynamischen Festigkeit – auch
der Gurtverbindung
· sowie die Überwachungsmöglichkeit durch
Prüfverfahren und –geräte, die
zerstörungsfrei den Zustand der Stahlseile
erkennen lassen.

· PKW-Rohkarosserien oder LKWFahrerhäuser auf Skids
· teilmontierte Pkws auf Montageplattformen
· fertige Pkws auf eigenen Rädern

· Paletten und Gitterboxen in der Materialflußund Lagertechnik
What’s more, steel cables enjoy an edge over
textiles in the following respects:
· minimal elastic and plastic elongation
(„creep“)
· high dynamic strength – right down to the
belt splice
· easy controllability, thanks to nondisruptive
inspection methods and equipment that
allow for constant verification of the condition
of the cables

· Skidgleitgurte: Auf paarweise angeordneten
Gurten werden die Skids durch gleitende
Abtragung quer zur Längsachse bewegt.
· Skid sliding belts: skids are moved on belts in
dual arrangement, sliding along a flat surface
and moving perpendicular to the longitudinal axis
· Puffergurte: Fördern und stauen (puffern) Skids
und sind einfach angeordnet
· Skid-queuing belts: arranged singly, they convey
and queue up skids.
· Traggurte: Dienen in einfacher oder paarweiser

· Supporting belts: used in single or dual
arrangement for longitudinal conveyance of skids
or platforms.
· Spurgleitgurte: Paarweise angeordnet fördern
sie durch gleitende Abtragung fertige Pkws,
auf eigenen Rädern stehend, in
Längsrichtung. Radstopperprofil als Option.
· Track belts: operating in dual arrangement,
these belts transport finished passenger cars
on it’s own wheels in a longitudinal direction.
Belts can be equipped with wheel stoppers.
· Mitfahrbänder: In ein- oder mehrfacher
Anordnung transportieren sie durch gleitende
Abtragung Werker, Karosserien auf Skids, fertige
Pkws usw.
· Worker conveyor belts: in single or multiple
arrangement, these belts slide along a flat
surface, transporting workers, skid-mounted
vehicle bodies, finished passenger cars etc.
· Hubgurte: In meist paarweiser Anordnung heben
und senken sie mit einer 50:50 Lastaufteilung.
· Lifting belts: usually arranged in pairs, they lift
and lower evenly distributed loads.

Keilendbefestigung an Hubgurten: Gegenüber der konventionellen
Einspannmethode mit Umschlingung und planparallelen Klemmen
werden durch Formschluss ca. 70 % Bauhöhe eingespart.
Wedged end fastener on lifting belts: Replaces the locking
technique used on conventional belts – involving looping and
uniformly thick clamps – and thus reduce space requirement by about
70 %.

Es ist zum einen formstabil beim
Überrollen, zum anderen aber auch
sehr flexibel beim Lauf über kleine
Trommeln.
Wheel stopper: This profile serves the
purpose of holding the finished
passenger car in place on the belt. It is
sturdy enough to maintain its shape
after being driven over, yet flexible
enough to move smoothly over small
pulleys.
Formschlüssige Befestigung (Pat.): Durch einen in einen laufseitigen
Einschnitt hineinfassenden Steg lassen sich Bauteile auf einfache, aber auch
haltbare Weise am Gurt befestigen – ohne erhöhte Anforderungen an den
Trommeldurchmesser.
Form-locked fastener: By means of a ridge
that fits snugly into a recess on the bottom side of the belt, components can be attached to the belt in a
simply yet reliable manner, without making any extra demands on the pulley diameter.
Im Falle eines Falles – Notverbindung (Pat.): Sollte tatsächlich einmal ein Schadensfall auftreten,
lässt sich durch das Einsetzen der Notverbindung binnen kurzem ein provisorischer Betrieb wieder
aufnehmen.
And just in case – patented splices: In the rare event that damage should occur, emergency splices
provide a quick solution, maintaining operations until permanent repairs can be made.
