Leest u deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig helemaal door voordat u het apparaat aansluit, om
schade door verkeerd gebruik te voorkomen. Lees vooral de veiligheidsvoorschriften aandachtig
door.
Veiligheidsvoorschriften
 Onjuiste bediening en verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat kan ernstige schade aan het apparaat















en verwonding van personen tot gevolg hebben.
Het apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor het werd ontworpen. De
fabrikant aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade als gevolg van onjuiste bediening
en verkeert gebruik.
Het apparaat is spatwaterdicht, dit houdt echter niet in dat het apparaat bestand is tegen
waterstralen en onderdompeling. Mocht het apparaat onverhoopt in het water vallen, trek dan
onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat controleren door een erkend
vakman. Niet-naleving hiervan kan levensgevaar opleveren.
Steek geen voorwerpen in de behuizing van het apparaat.
Raak de stekker niet met natte of vochtige handen aan.
Controleer stekker en snoer regelmatig op eventuele beschadiging. Indien stekker of snoer
beschadigd is, laat het bij een erkend reparatiebedrijf repareren.
Gebruik het apparaat niet nadat het is gevallen of op andere wijze beschadigd is. Laat het bij een
erkend reparatiebedrijf controleren en zo nodig repareren.
Probeer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren. Dit kan levensgevaar opleveren.
Zorg dat het snoer niet met scherpe of hete voorwerpen in aanraking komt en houdt het uit de
buurt van open vuur. Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact wilt trekken, pak dan altijd de stekker
zelf beet en trek nooit aan het snoer.
Zorg dat niemand het snoer (of verlengsnoer) abusievelijk kan lostrekken of erover kan struikelen.
Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor het verwarmen van terrassen.
Houd het apparaat als u het gebruikt steeds in de gaten.
Kinderen zien de gevaren van onjuist gebruik van elektrische apparaten niet. Laat kinderen
daarom nooit zonder toezicht met huishoudelijke apparatuur werken.
Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als het apparaat niet wordt gebruikt en telkens voordat
het wordt schoongemaakt.
Gevaar! Zo lang de stekker in het stopcontact zit, staat het apparaat onder de netspanning.
Draag het apparaat nooit aan het snoer.
Speciale veiligheidsvoorschriften
 Dek de infrarood verwarmer nooit af tijdens gebruik. Dit veroorzaakt brandgevaar!
 Gebruik geen extra hulpmiddelen die niet bij het apparaat zijn meegeleverd.
 Attentie! Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat niet in aanraking
komt met hete onderdelen.
 Zorg dat u de lamp nooit met blote handen aanraakt. Dit verkort de levensduur van de lamp.
 Richt de infrarood verwarmer niet op een ruit of glas.

Dit elektrische apparaat voldoet aan de normen van technische veiligheid CE en EMC.
Raak de werkende terrasverwarmer nooit aan (gevaar van verbranding).
Raak het apparaat nooit met natte handen aan.
Draai de kop met verwarmingselement nooit terwijl het apparaat ingeschakeld is. Als u de hoek
van de verwarmingskop wilt veranderen, laat het apparaat dan eerst 15 minuten afkoelen.
Hang nooit iets (b.v. handdoek) over de beschermkap omdat het apparaat daardoor oververhit
raakt
Gebruik het apparaat nooit voor het drogen van wasgoed.
Gebruik deze terrasverwarmer niet in de buurt van een bad, een douche of een zwembad.
Zelfs als het verwarmingselement niet meer gloeit, kan het toch ingeschakeld zijn en gevaar
opleveren. Controleer of de keuze-indicatie (5) op "off" (uit) staat voordat u iets doet.
Schakel het apparaat uit:
- na gebruik
- bij storing
- als u het wilt schoonmaken.
Gebruik het apparaat nooit als het omgevallen is, beschadigd is of niet goed werkt. Controleer bij
problemen of de netspanning uitgeschakeld is (stoppenkast of aardlekschakelaar).
Demonteer het apparaat nooit. Het bevat geen onderdelen die u zelf kunt repareren. Neem bij
problemen contact op met uw leverancier.
Dit verplaatsbare apparaat kan zowel binnen als buitenshuis worden gebruikt.
Spanning
Controleer voordat u het apparaat voor het eerst gaat gebruiken eerst of de voltage van het
elektriciteitsnet overeenkomt met de op het apparaat aangegeven voedingsspanning, 230VAC.
Veiligheid
ATTENTIE: Zorg dat de netvoeding is uitgeschakeld voordat u de terrasverwarmer installeert
of verwijdert. Het netsnoer moet aangesloten zijn via een 30mA differentiaaluitschakelaar.










Dit apparaat is ontworpen voor gebruik buitenshuis en binnenshuis, ook als het risico van
opspattend water bestaat. De installatie en het gebruik van uw apparaat moet voldoen aan de
geldende nationale voorschriften.
Ingeschakeld bereikt een elektrische terrasverwarmer een zo hoge temperatuur dat hij brand kan
veroorzaken. Zorg dat iedereen die er gebruik van maakt, zich bewust is van de risico's.
Raadpleeg in geval van twijfel over de installatiemogelijkheden van deze terrasverwarmer een
erkend elektrotechnisch vakman.
Attentie: het kan zijn dat kinderen, huisdieren en andere personen niet altijd de gevaren van
elektrische apparatuur zien. Zorg dat het apparaat nooit zonder toezicht wordt gebruikt.
Zet het apparaat zo neer, dat de stekker altijd bereikbaar is.
Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het - om risico's te vermijden - door de fabrikant, zijn
servicemonteur of een andere erkende vakman worden vervangen
Plaats de terrasverwarmer niet recht onder een stopcontact, of direct onder een afdak.
Laat de terrasverwarmer niet inschakelen door een programmeerbare schakelautomaat,
tijdschakelaar of dergelijke, omdat het risico bestaat dat de terrasverwarmer bij inschakeling
afgedekt is of niet op een goede plaats staat.
Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van gordijnen of andere brandbare stoffen.
Bij gebruik buitenshuis: het apparaat niet gebruiken tijdens mist en regen. Apparaat droog
opbergen.

Voordat het apparaat wordt geïnstalleerd moet de netvoeding zijn uitgeschakeld.

Het apparaat wordt ingeschakeld met trekschakelaar (5). Direct na het aanzetten is een lichte trilling
hoorbaar; deze stopt na enkele seconden.

Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away from
open fire. To pull the plug out of the socket, always pull on the plug and not on the cord.
Make sure that no one can accidentally pull the cord (or extension cord) loose or trip over the
cord.
This appliance is intended exclusively for heating terraces.
Always keep an eye on the appliance when in use.
Children do not understand that incorrect use of electrical appliances can be dangerous.
Therefore, never let children use home appliances without supervision.
Always pull the plug out of the socket when the appliance is not being used and always before
cleaning.
Warning! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power source.
Turn off the appliance before pulling the plug out of the socket.

Never cover the infrared heater when it is in use. Fire hazard!
Do not use any extra devices that have not been supplied along with the appliance.
Warning! Make sure the electrical cord does not come into contact with hot parts.
Avoid touching the light with your bare hands. This will decrease the light’s life.

Never rotate the heating part of the appliance during operation. To change the tit angle of the
heating part, we advise you to wait for 15 minutes after the appliance has been switched off.

Although the heating element has stopped glowing, it may still be live and potentially dangerous.
Check that the selection indicator (5) is in position off before taking any action.
Switch off your appliance:

Never operate your appliance if it has fallen over, if it is damaged or it dose not working properly.
Check whether the appliance's mains supply circuit is disconnected (the fuse box in your
installation or circuit breaker).
Never dismantle your appliance. An incorrectly repaired appliance maybe dangerous to the user.
If you encounter any problems, please take it your supplier.
This movable appliance is designed for use in gardens, and can be used indoor and outdoor.

Before using the appliance at the first time, ensure that your mains voltage corresponds to voltage
indicated on the appliance, 230VAC.
Safety
CAUTION: Before fitting or removing the appliance, ensure that the patio heater's power line
supplying the heater is disconnected. Check that the power line is connected to a 30mA differential

This appliance is designed for use in gardens ,and any room in your house, including those
where there is a risk of splashing. The installation and use of your appliance must comply with
the applicable standards in your country.
When it is switch on, an electrical heating appliance reaches very high temperature libel to cause
burns. Make sure that all other users are aware of the risks.
If you have any doubts concerning installation possibilities for this heater, please consult a

How to assemble

Operation
The appliance is switched on by means of the pull switch (5). The slight vibration noticeable when the
appliance is switched on will stop after a few seconds.

In das Gehäuse des Geräts keine Gegenstände einführen.

einer zugelassenen Reparaturwerkstatt reparieren lassen.
Das Gerät nicht mehr benutzen, wenn es herunterfiel oder sonstwie beschädigt wurde. Das Gerät

Nicht versuchen, das Gerät eigenständig zu reparieren. Dann besteht Lebensgefahr.
Das Kabel von scharfen und heißen Gegenständen sowie von offenem Feuer fernhalten. Beim
Abziehen des Steckers stets am Stecker und nicht an dem Kabel ziehen.
Tragen Sie dafür Sorge, dass das (Verlängerungs-) Kabel nicht irrtümlicherweise gelöst wird und
dass man nicht darüber stolpern kann.
Dieses Gerät dient ausschließlich der Erwärmung von Terrassen.
Das Gerät bei Bedienung stets überwachen.
Kinder kennen die Gefahr der unsachgemäßen Bedienung elektrischen Geräts nicht. Kinder
daher niemals unbeaufsichtigt Haushaltsgerät bedienen lassen.
Den Stecker abziehen, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird und auch vor jeder Reinigung.
Gefahr! Befindet sich der Stecker in der Steckdose, so wird das Gerät mit Netzspannung
versorgt.
Das Gerät ausschalten, bevor Sie den Stecker abziehen.
Das Gerät nie am Kabel tragen.
Spezielle Sicherheitsvorschriften
 Den eingeschalteten Infrarotheizer nie abdecken. Das ist brandgefährlich!
 Keine zusätzlichen Hilfsmittel benutzen, die nicht mit dem Gerät mitgeliefert wurden.
 Achtung! Tragen Sie dafür Sorge, dass das Stromkabel bei eingeschaltetem Gerät nicht mit
heißen Teilen in Kontakt kommt.
 Die Lampe nie mit unbedeckten Händen berühren. Dies verkürzt die Nutzungsdauer der Lampe.
 Mit dem Infrarotheizer nicht auf ein Fenster oder Glas zielen.

Gebrauchen Sie das Gerät nie zum Trocknen von Wäsche.
Gebrauch diese Heizung nicht in die Nähe von eine Badewanne,Dusche oder Schwimmbad.
Obwohl das Heizelement nicht mehr glüht, kann es durchaus eingeschaltet sein und Gefahr
verursachen. Kontrollieren Sie, bevor Sie Handlungen verrichten, ob die Wahlanzeige (5) die
Stufe "Off" (Aus) anzeigt.
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus:
- nach Gebrauch
- bei Störung
- wenn Sie es reinigen wollen
Gebrauchen Sie das Gerät nie, wenn es umgefallen ist, schwer beschädigt wurde oder nicht gut
funktioniert. Kontrollieren Sie bei Problemen, ob die Netzspannung ausgeschaltet ist
Demontieren Sie das Gerät keinesfalls. Es enthält keine Bestandteile, die Sie selber reparieren
können. Setzen Sie sich bei Problemen mit Ihrem Lieferanten in Verbindung.

Dieses Gerät ist zum Gebrauch außerhalb und innerhalb des Hauses entworfen worden, auch
wenn die Gefahr von Spritzwasser besteht. Die Installation und der Gebrauch des Geräts hat den

Eingeschaltet erreicht eine elektrische Terrassenheizung eine so hohe Temperatur, dass sie
Feuer verursachen kann.

besteht, dass die Terrassenheizung bei der Einschaltung abgedeckt ist oder an einer
unzweckmäßigen Stelle steht.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nie in die Nähe von Gardinen oder anderen leicht entzündbaren Stoffen.
Bei Gebrauch innerhalb des Hauses: Das Gerät nicht während Nebel und Regen gebrauchen.
Das Gerät trocken wegräumen.
Montage
■ Bevor das Gerät installiert wird, muss die Netzspeisung ausgeschaltet worden sein.
4.1 Stellen Sie das unterste Rohrstück
(11) in den Fuß (15) und befestigen
Sie es solide mit 4 Bolzen M6X24;
schieben Sie dann die Klemme (12)
auf das unterste Rohrstück (11)

Das Gerät wird mit einem Zugschalter eingeschaltet (5). Wenn Sie es eingeschaltet haben, ist sofort
eine leichte Vibration hörbar; dies hört nach einigen Sekunden auf.

Cet appareil électrique satisfait aux norme de sécurité technique CE et EMC.
Ne touchez jamais à l’appareil quand il chauffe (risque de brûlure).
Ne touchez jamais à l’appareil avec les mains humides.
Ne tournez jamais la tête et l’élément de chauffage de l’appareil quand il est allumé. Si vous
voulez modifier l’orientation de la tête de chauffage, laissez-le d’abord refroidir 15 minutes.
Ne posez jamais quelque chose sur la protection de la tête (serviette par exemple) l’appareil
risque de surchauffer.
N’utilisez jamais l’appareil pour sécher du linge.
Ne pas utiliser cet chauffage de terrasse à proximité d’une baignoire, d’une douche ou d’une
piscine.
Même quand l’élément de chauffage n’est plus rouge, il peut encore être allumé et comporter des
risques. Contrôlez si l’indicateur se trouve en position (5) ou "off" (arrêt) avant d’entreprendre
quoi que ce soit.
Débranchez l’appareil après utilisation en cas de panne quand vous voulez le nettoyer.
N’utilisez plus l’appareil s’il est tombé, endommagé ou fonctionne mal. En cas de problèmes,
contrôlez la tension du réseau (fusibles ou interrupteur à courant différentiel résiduel).
