Le mot du Président
Sans attendre un retour à une situation économique plus favorable,
nous avons entrepris d’améliorer la performance de notre entreprise,
dans nos métiers, sur nos marchés et de l’orienter vers les secteurs
en croissance.
Nous avons donc lancé en début d’année 2014 un plan de transformation
ambitieux et mobilisant l’ensemble de nos effectifs, que nous avons
baptisé projet PHARE.
Dans le cadre de ce plan, nous avons créé une Direction des Métiers
destinée à nous faire progresser dans la chaîne de valeurs et à proposer
à tous nos clients l’ensemble des savoir-faire du Groupe.
Nos succès sur l’année écoulée sont nombreux dans tous nos métiers
et dans toutes nos régions en France comme à l’étranger.
Notre carnet de commandes a d’ailleurs sensiblement augmenté,
ce qui constitue une assurance pour l’avenir et montre que nos efforts
portent leurs fruits.
Le projet PHARE doit nous permettre de préserver nos atouts dont le
principal est celui de l’indépendance, et de mettre en avant nos valeurs
dans l’exercice de notre métier au service de nos clients.

Editorial from the Chairman
Without waiting for a return to a stronger economic situation, we undertook
to improve our company’s performance in our lines of business and markets,
and to focus on growth sectors. Early 2014, we launched an ambitious
transformation plan that mobilized our entire workforce.
We called it the PHARE project. As part of this plan, we created a Trades Department
designed to help us move up the value chain and offer the Group’s expertise and
know-how to all our customers.
Our achievements over the past year in all our lines of business and in all our regions
in France and abroad have been many. Our backlog has also increased significantly.
It is not only is insurance for the future, it also shows that our efforts are bearing fruit.
The PHARE project should enable us to preserve our assets, the greatest one being
our independence, and to promote our values in
the exercise of our profession to the
service of our customers.

it is able to bring them more comprehensive and competitive offers,

Direction des métiers
En liaison étroite avec les structures régionales du Groupe SNEF,
la Direction des Métiers élabore la politique d’offres et garantit
l’adéquation du niveau de compétences. Elle aide à promouvoir
les métiers (courants faibles, maintenance, tous corps d’état techniques,
génie climatique et ventilation) et les marchés de spécialités :
le nucléaire, le ciment, l’automobile, l’Oil & Gas,.

Working closely with Groupe SNEF’s regional structures,
the Trades Department implements service supply
policies and guaranteeing the adequacy of skill levels.
It helps promote trades (low voltage, maintenance,
all technical trades, HVAC and ventilation) and specialty
markets: nuclear, cement, automotive, Oil & Gas.

Télécommunications
SNEF Télécom capitalise les savoir-faire et valorise les expertises en
déploiement, intégration, installation, mise en service et maintenance
pour les réseaux mobiles et fixes.
Pour les réseaux mobiles et de transmission, SNEF Télécom apporte des
solutions clés en mains avec la maîtrise d’oeuvre globale sur des plaques
entières incluant aussi recherche et négociation de sites.
Pour le marché des réseaux fixes, l’offre solide et pérenne de SNEF Télécom
inclut le déploiement des réseaux fibre et cuivre des équipements actifs des
réseaux HD.

in the fields of deployment, integration, installation, commissioning
and maintenance for mobile and fixed networks.
For mobile and transmission networks, SNEF Telecom provides turnkey

Prévention et sécurité
Le Groupe SNEF mène depuis plusieurs années une politique
volontariste de prévention des accidents Les différentes actions
mises en œuvre sont orientées dans plusieurs directions :
meilleure préparation de chantier, dotation d’équipements de
protection plus performants, limitation des tâches à risque
par un important travail en atelier, formation et déploiement
de l’excellence opérationnelle. L’ensemble de ces bonnes pratiques
conjugue sécurité, satisfaction du client et performance.
Elles ont permis de diminuer de 25% les accidents du travail en 2014.
Prevention and Safety
For several years now, Groupe SNEF has been leading a proactive
accident prevention policy. It implemented various actions targeting
several areas: better site preparation, provision of improved
protective equipment, limiting high-risk tasks through in-depth
workshops, training and deployment of operational excellence.
This set of good practices combines safety, customer satisfaction,
and performance. They helped reduce accidents at work by 25%
in 2014.
