NOTES:
Winter DRESS ~ Please make sure your child comes to school with a winter hat, gloves, scarf and warm coat. If the weather permits we
like to go outside during the winter. However, if a child is not dressed correctly they will not be allowed to go outside. A child must
have a winter hat, winter warm gloves/ mittens, scarf and a warm jacket. Thanks for your cooperation!
SNOW Cancellation Policy ~ Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy cancellations due to weather conditions will be announced as either
Boston Public Schools and/or Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy. The Academy will follow the Boston Public Schools cancellation
announcements and/ or call it ourselves. It is imperative to check the website, listen to the radio, TV and/ or check websites. Please do
not call the school regarding school cancellations.
Registration News ~ It is that time of year again!!!!! We are opening the doors for new families to enroll in the Academy. Spread
the great news that is happening at the Campus. Please don’t forget…..if you bring a friend and they enroll in the Academy your family
will receive a $100.00 off your tuition. This means if you enroll 50 friends your tuition could be almost NOTHING! Start today
spreading the news……. Also, if you would hang up posters in your neighborhood, work area, church, and or shop you will be enrolled
into a raffle for a prize worth $100.00.

Tuesday, January 20th
Feast of Saint Fabian
• Regular School Day – 7:30 A.M. until 2:30 P.M.
• Chapel Mass – Grade 5 will attend the Chapel Mass at 8:00 AM.
• Lunch forms are due today by 8:30 AM with full payment.
• Extended Day – 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM ~ Please make sure you pick up your child on time.
Wednesday, January 21st
Feast of Saint Agnes
• Regular School Day – 7:30 A.M. until 2:30 P.M.
• Catholic TV – Mr. Nesti will be taking 12 students to Watertown to participate in the morning liturgy. Fr; Jacques
will be the celebrant.
• Collegiate House will be here from 7:15 AM until 8:15 AM to take Uniform orders.
• Extended Day – 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM ~ Please make sure you pick up your child on time.
Thursday, January 22nd
Feast of Saint Vincent
• Regular School Day – 7:30 A.M. until 2:30 P.M.
• PAYMENT – Tag day payment is due today. The cost is $1.00.
• Chapel Mass – Grade 4 will attend the 8:00 AM liturgy.
• Financial Aid Open House – The business office team will be here to help with the FACTS Application from 8:00
AM until 10:00 AM. Please bring your tax information etc……..
• Extended Day – 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM ~ Please make sure you pick up your child on time.
Friday, January 23rd
Feast of Saint Vincent, Deacon & Martyr
• Regular School Day – 7:30 A.M. until 2:30 P.M.
• Tag Day – Students that paid the $1.00 yesterday may participate in dress down today.
• Chapel Mass – Grade 3 will attend the 8:00 AM liturgy.
• Extended Day – 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM ~ Please make sure you pick up your child on time.
