The Artificial Vision 2013 is the third congress of its kind and moves to Aachen, after taking place in 2006 and 2009 in Bonn. It is considered
rather as a workshop than a congress. Therefore discussions will be an important part of the program. The scientific program comprises
degeneration within the visual system, technology for stimulation of the visual system, preclinical and clinical tests and the future of visual
prosthetics.
