Travel to/from Frankfurt will be charged at 1 hour for each sector.
Return booking is obligatory.

§ 1 Area of Application
Services provided by Chauffeur Service Brown (referred to hereinafter as CS Brown) will be provided exclusively in accordance
with the following General Terms and Conditions. No other mutual agreements have been concluded.
§ 2 Contract Validity
Contract is considered concluded when contractor and customer have jointly signed the booking contract in our office. On
receipt of telephone enquiries or enquiries in writing, including by e-mail, from a client (hereinafter referred to as the customer),
CS Brown will submit a written offer including tariffs, to the customer. This offer must be signed by the customer and sent back
to CS Brown. Contract becomes effective on receipt by CS Brown of customer's signed confirmation.
§ 3 Tariffs
Tariff quotes given by CS Brown in writing will apply. Service provision (with the exception of transfers) will be for a minimum of
4 (four) hours, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

§ 4 Payment

If a voucher is purchased, payment may be made in cash. Otherwise, customer will be invoiced immediately after
conclusion of service contract. The customer agrees to settle the invoice without any deductions immediately on
receipt thereof. CS Brown reserves the right to request a down/payment of 50% of the total invoice amount. In the
event of non-payment of the requested down-payment amount before provision of service, CS Brown reserves the
right to cancel the agreement. The customer will not be able to claim compensation for refusal of service.

Both parties have the right to withdraw from the contract. Notice of withdrawal must be received by CS Brown in
writing no later than three days before begin of agreed service provision. A handling charge of € 10, - per booking will
apply. If the written cancellation is received between the third day and up to 24 hours before the agreed service
provision, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the arranged price. Should written
resignation be received less than 24 hours before commencement of agreed service provision, the customer will be
charged 75% of the agreed price. If no written cancellation is received prior to non-utilisation of agreed service, the
customer is bound to pay the arranged price without deductions. It is up to the customer to prove a lesser financial
damage to CS Brown.
§ 5 Changes to agreed service
If the customer wishes to change the agreed pick up point, drop off point or service period, the customer must compensate CS
Brown for additional incurred costs.
§ 6 Car phones
All charges incurred through use of car phones will be borne by the customer.
§ 7 Transportation of pets
Transportation of pets is permitted only by prior agreement. CS Brown reserves the right to apply a surcharge for this.
§ 8 Liability
Insofar as insurance cover exists within the framework of legal liability insurance, CS Brown will be liable towards the customer
in the event of damages per the law governing this. Insofar as liability insurance is not obligatory, CS Brown's liability will be
limited to damage to property and losses for a maximum of € 1,000.00 per booking, if damage was not caused by CS Brown
deliberately or through negligence. The same applies to persons acting for CS Brown, such as fulfillment assistants and legal
representatives.
§ 9 Data processing
CS Brown has the right to process data submitted by the customer, insofar as this is necessary for execution of the contract.
§ 10 Place of Jurisdiction and Administration of Justice
Place of jurisdiction is Armsheim. If the customer represents a business, jurisdiction for all disputes will be Mainz.
§ 11 Salvatorial clause
Should any regulation or part of a regulation of these conditions of contract be ineffective in whole or in part or become
ineffective later, the validity of all other regulations will not be affected. Ineffective clauses will be replaced by legal regulations.
This will also apply in the event that the regulations are found to have an unforeseen omission.
