- Gebrauch der Stempel:
Zur Spurensicherung wird die Plastikdose geöffnet, die
Abdeckfolie von der Klebefläche abgezogen und der
spurentragende Bereich abgetastet.
Die Klebefolie ist auf einem Schaumstoffträger aufgeklebt
und passt sich beim Abkleben des Spurenträgers auch
Unebenheiten auf dessen Oberfläche an.
Nach der Spurensicherung wird die Dose wieder
geschlossen und so zur DNA-Analyse weitergeleitet.
Die Untersuchungsstelle zieht die Klebefolie vom
Schaumstoffträger ab und kann, ohne weitere
Vorbehandlung, das DNA-Material aus der Klebefläche
extrahieren.
Vorteile
• Im vergleich zu den üblicherweise durchgeführten
Abrieben mit angefeuchteten Wattestäbchen wird bei
der Abklebung, insbesondere bei strukturierten
Oberflächen, eine wesentlich größere DNA-Menge
aufgenommen.
• Einfache Handhabung
• Geringe Gefahr der Verunreinigung mit Eigen-DNA
• Keine Trocknung erforderlich

- Use of the stamps
Open the plastic tube and remove the
protecting foil from the adhesive surface.
Touch the suspected area with the
adhesive surface. The adhesive film is
fixed on a foam material, which is
flexible to adjust to all surfaces. After
use close the plastic tube and send to
laboratory. The laboratory removes the
adhesive film from the foam material and
can extract the DNA Material.
