What is Hotel Hoppa?
Our Hotel Hoppa bus service is the easy and convenient
way to travel between Heathrow Airport and your
local hotel.
Each customer is permitted to bring onboard two
medium sized suitcases and one piece of hand luggage
at no extra cost.
How much does it cost?
An adult ticket costs £4 one way.
Book a return ticket for just £8.
Up to 2 children under 15 travel free when
accompanied by a fare paying adult.
Where can I buy a ticket?
Terminal 4
From the ‘British Hotel Reservation Centre’ in the terminal
arrivals or from the bus driver.
Terminal 5
From the National Express ticket office in the main terminal
building or from the bus driver.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from

How can I pay for my ticket?
From the National Express ticket office and the
‘British Hotel Reservation Centre’: cash (£) or credit card.
Change provided.

How to pay for your ticket
Hotel Hoppa tickets are available from the National Express
ticket office in Terminal 5, the ‘British Hotel Reservation Centre’
and bus stop ticket machines by cash (£) or credit card.
Tickets can also be purchased by cash (£) onboard your bus.
Please note that the bus stop ticket machines do
not give change. For all future journeys between the
airport and your hotel you can book a ticket online at
nationalexpress.com/hoppa
