Culinary Cinema in Poland!
We follow the example of Berlin International Film Festival, as an extraordinary concoction
of movie screenings and food and wine tasting from top chefs!
Yearly editions of Kulinarisches Kino at the Berlin festival are extremely popular. The organizers
serve the audience with movies as starters, and follow them with amazing dishes prepared in the
spirit of Slow Food. Culinary Cinema, presented at TRANSATLANTYK in the summer, is going to
be the Berlin program’s younger partner, and will be dealing with the matters of good food and
environment. As for the movies, Culinary Cinema is going to present feature films as well as
documentaries and short forms talking about food and environment. During culinary festival
evenings the audience will be served dishes prepared by top chefs, and during the tastings will be
accompanied by discussions with the invited guests about the presented films.
Soon we'll present our main chef - Culinary Director of Transatlantyk Festival.
