EMEA RETURN PROCESS
Dear EMEA customer, Please, note our procedure for handling returns of items delivered by us. In case of any
return, please notify Dunlee by e-mail ([email protected]). You will then receive a RA number for
the return.
A return will always have to be accompanied by a Tube Return Form that will need to be completely filled out.
After receiving the RA number, send your return together with this form to:
