in the United Arab Emirates and adequately backed by our own
manufacturing set-up in the northern part of India as well as at
Sharjah Industrial Area.

when we started Fajer Dalmah Trading Est a trading company in
Dubai. Through its transition from a small trading company to a
major Scaffolding Manufacturer and Exporter, FDT’s
achievement has been inspired by a dream. Our business

OUR PRODUCTS
Cup Lock System is one of the most efficient supporting systems. The system
provides simplicity, versatility and is economical. It has a unique node point
connection, which enables the system to be erected at a faster rate than other
scaffolding systems, and is also faster at striking and dismantling. A limited
number of components are required, therefore there are no loose parts to get
lost and no time is wasted in lining-up the vertical and horizontal.
It can be erected for straight and curved structural elements. The system
components have easy to handle figures, sizes, and weights. All system
components can be easily and safely removed after finishing the job. The system
elements are engineered from high quality steel, which enables the system to
resist damages that might occur on the site by giving a sufficient strength without
the unnecessary weight. Having a lightweight is another advantage this system
has, which reduces costs while it is easier to transport. In addition with this
System, you can achieve greater load capacity on assembly.
Customer needs were the main reason for developing this system considering the
unique day-to-day experience of our clients.
CUP LOCK SYSTEM
STANDARD

The standards are economical and can match any propping access application
where they allow support or access when needed. Made from the highest quality
German steel the upper cups can be moved, while the lower cups are welded into
position. Spigot joints can be attached to the holes, drilled in the standards and if
needed, a retaining pin is utilized to prevent movement. The covers are cast
under strict guidelines to ensure durability under the rough condition of site
handling. The standards are available in 0.5 m to 3.0 m sizes. Spigot connectors
are provided for final assembly.
LEDGERS
Only the highest quality German steel tubes are used for the CUPLOCK System
ledgers. To avoid any potential damage they have identical forged ends with a
minimum of projection. Ledgers are available in sizes ranging from 0.60 m up to
2.50 m.

CANTILEVER ELEMENTS
To provide extra support at the edge of construction, especially slab edge from
work, the cantilever frame (CF) & cantilever beam frame (CBF) can be attached
directly to the vertical at the node points. In these frames universal jacks can be
fitted to hold the various supports, forkheads and dropheads at a 1.2 m, 1.25 m or
1.3 m span.

BEAM BRACKET
Beam bracket eliminates full height propping to beam formwork by locating on to
slab support vertical as shown. The beam bracket distributes the load throughout
the surrounding CUPLOCK system structure, thus reducing excessive strain on all
components.

ADJUSTABLE BASE JACK
The 57 kN capacity galvanized jack has an adjustment range of over 45 cm. It is
manufactured from 38 mm outside diameter steel tubes with a rolled/cut thread.
The jack can be used either at top or the bottom of the vertical (standard), so the
reasonable portion of the jack will always remain inside the vertical for safety.
The figure below illustrates the safe working load on tubular Jacks. The data
incorporates factors of safety on failure of 2.75.

ACCESS SYSTEM
H-Frames

FDT's high quality external system is designed to be easily erected and
dismantled without help from professionals. The "H" frame, or vertical member,
has welded square or round pins on top for ease of connection. This allows you to
erect the frames faster and to any height with maximum safety and stability. The
system is designed not to include any loose fittings inside.
The external systems have a three-way support to hold greater loads and ensure
greater stability. The vertical frames (H frames) are available in side ladder type,
3 step ladder, and normal "H" shape.

STEEL PLATFORMS
FDT’s steel platforms have been carefully designed and developed to provide a
solid suitable working platform that complies with all the relevant safety
regulations. These steel elements can be easily erected in minutes to undertake
work that could involve hours using conventional wood elements.

PROPS
Adjustable props are economical and popular instruments used to support the
concrete elements. They provide the best temporary supports for all purposes.
They are:

 Provide safe load supporting
Fajer Dalmah Scaffolding Trading LLC is one of the leading manufacturers and
exporters of adjustable props, recommended by major construction companies
around the world.
The most important part of the props is the threaded portion called the Collar.
The Collars are galvanized and include a high tensile steel pin. Both were
designed to be rust-free and easy to adjust.

Practical Note











Props should always be erected vertically and loaded concentrically.
Props should always have the correct high tensile pin fitting.
Failure of props can result if reinforcing rods, tie rods or materials which may be inferior
in quality or smaller in diameter are used instead of high tensile pin.
Ensure that the props inner and outer tubes are straight, free from creases and telescope
freely.
Bent props should not be used. Ensure that both head and base plates are flat and
perpendicular to the tubes.
Ensure the soffit formwork is adequately restrained from horizontal movement, either
from containment by the permanent structure or by diagonal bracing.
To improve load-bearing capacity, lace props with tubes and fittings.
Wherever suitable, tie the lacing into the permanent structure.
Props should never be placed on top of one another to support high slabs.
Never throw the props down to the ground from any height.
Always handle them carefully.

DROP FORGED SWIVEL COUPLER (H.D.)
A one-piece load bearing coupler of rugged design incorporating captive "T" bolts
for connecting two scaffold tubes at any angle.
DROP FORGED DOUBLE COUPLER (H. D.)
A one-piece load bearing coupler-incorporating captive T bolts used to
connecting two scaffold tubes at right angles.

DROP FORGED PUTLOG COUPLER
A one-piece coupler used for connecting transoms and putlog to ledgers.
GRAVLOCK COUPLER
There are often requirements to fasten scaffolding tubes to girder and other steel
sections and it demands a specialized fitting with a high degree of versatility. The
Gravlock Coupler has been specifically designed for attachment to either
horizontal or vertical Flanges. In erection the Gravlock Coupler is highly effective
as it enables the fitting to be bolted to the girder first. This leaves both hands free
to present and secure the tube. As the tube is not compressed against the girder
the fastening process does not distort it. Gravlock Coupler must be used in pair.

LVL Scaffold Board meets OSHA & ANSI A10.8-2001,
Designed specifically for use as a scaffold board, offering predictable durability
and strength. It has been proof tested to meet OSHA & ANSI A10.8-2001
standards. Each plank is proof tested and stamped with the OSHA certification.
