VITECH BJS-I
Urea monochloride is the ultimate raw material in the
field of acid substitutes. With it, you can avoid the need
to make high-order preparatory labels because it is only
classified as slightly irritating to the skin and is not acid.
As such, the preparations can be referred to as ‘acid-free’.
Nevertheless, urea monochloride has around 75% of the
strength of a hydrochloric acid (when attacking calcium
carbonate). The raw material has three times the descaling rate of phosphoric acid, citric acid and glycolic acid
preparations. It replaces traditionally used mineral and
organic acids.
Other advantages of urea monochloride include its pleasant inherent smell and almost colourless appearance. BJS-I is phosphate and VOC free, does not cause fumes and is the ideal replacement raw material for all types of acidic concentrate cleaners.
Moreover, it satisfies the requirements of the GREEN SEAL and the
CANADIAN EcoLogo (not corrosive on skin or metal, despite having
an intrinsic pH of 0.7 / Standard GS-37 / Core message: It does not
burn the eyes).

BJS-I is used for the following applications: joint and tile cleaner,
cement remover, descaler, metal cleaner, special swimming pool
cleaner (up to pH buffer), railway / railcar cleaner, concrete mixer
cleaner, equipment cleaner (in the field of concreting), hull-cleaner, beer scale remover, milk scale remover etc...
