Arrivo e partenza: Benvenuti e ben arrivati: la stanza/suite prenotata è a vostra completa disposizione fin dalle ore 14.00 del giorno di
arrivo e lo rimane fino alle ore 10.00 del giorno della vostra partenza.
Ma anche durante quell’ultimo giorno potrete ancora liberamente
usufruire dell’intero reparto wellness comprese doccia e cabina spogliatoio. A richiesta il check-out potrà essere spostato alle ore 12 (+ €
10 a stanza) o anche alle ore 14.00 (+ € 25 a stanza).
Prezzi e prestazioni: Per adulto in letto aggiuntivo sconto del 20%
in stanza occupata da due persone ospitate a tariffa piena. Stanza
doppia uso singola + 50% del prezzo
Sconto per bambini: Riduzione in stanza occupata da due persone ospitate a tariffa piena.

Caparra: Una prenotazione è vincolante nel momento in cui risulta pagato l’anticipo di € 200,00. (Quale non viene rimborsato) Vi
preghiamo di pagare l’anticipo a mezzo deposito del numero della vostra carta di credito con breve conferma per l’autorizzazione
dell’addebito.
Addebiti in caso di disdetta: 14 giorni e oltre prima della data
d’arrivo: 20% dell’importo previsto
7 giorni prima della data d’arrivo: 30% dell’importo previsto
3 giorni prima della data d’arrivo: 60% dell’importo previsto
Meno di 3 giorni dalla data d’arrivo: 100% dell’importo previsto
La quota trattenuta può essere accreditata per un successivo soggiorno. In caso di partenza anticipata o di arrivo ritardato addebitiamo
il 70% dell’importo delle prestazioni non usufruite. Onde evitare tali
spese a vostro carico vi consigliamo di stipulare una polizza assicurativa per annullamento viaggio.

Mancata consumazione pasti: Per ogni mancata consumazione

Preferenza stanze: Le prenotazioni riguardono un determinato tipo
di stanza o suite, ma non possono intendersi riferite ad un preciso
numero di stanza o di suite.
Fumo bandito: Vi preghiamo di accettare il divieto di fumare nella
stanza e all’interno del Gartenhotel Völser Hof.

Occupying and vacating rooms: your room will be available from
2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 10
a.m. on the day of your departure. You are welcome to spend your
last day as our guest! Enjoy full use of the entire wellness area (including showers and changing rooms) free of charge! Late checkout
is available on request – up to 12 noon: +10.00 euros per room and
up to 2 p.m.: +25.00 euros per room.
Arrangements: Adults staying in an additional bed receive a 20%
discount when sharing a room with two persons paying full price.
Reductions for children: reductions for children sharing a room
with two persons paying full price. Children from 0-7,99 years: 50%
reduction on the half-board price. Children from 8-11,99 years: 30%
reduction.
Deposits: reservations are only considered binding on receipt of
a deposit of 200.00 euros, will not reimburse. We will charge this
sum to your credit card on provision of your credit card number with
expiry date, following brief confirmation.
Cancellation conditions and charges: 14 days prior to arrival:

7 days prior to arrival: 30% of hotel price
3 days prior to arrival: 60% of hotel price
1-3 days prior to arrival: 100% of hotel price
The amount retained may be used towards any subsequent stay at
our hotel. We will charge 70% of the cost of the unused rooms and
services in the event of early departure or late arrival. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance in order to
avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience!
