ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE ASSEMBLING CRIB.

FOR FUTURE USE
Carefully remove and lay out all parts.
Familiarize yourself with all diagrams to
facilitate the assembly of your crib. Check
parts and the enclosed hardware
bag with the HARDWARE PARTS LIST
to be sure all are included and quantities
are correct. Destroy cardboard and
plastic bags immediately.
ATTENTION: In order to properly assemble the
CRIB, follow the assembly instructions in the
specified order. Failure to assemble the crib in
the manner recommended could make the
CRIB hazardous.
WARNING: DO NOT USE CRIB IF ANY PARTS
ARE MISSING OR BROKEN. ASK YOUR
DEALER OR CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR
REPLACEMENT PARTS OR INSTRUCTIONS.

CRIB WARNINGS:
Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instruction could
result in serious injury or death.
• Read all instructions before assembling the furniture. Keep the instruction manual for
future use.
• DO NOT use this crib (furniture) if the instructions can NOT be strictly followed.
• Before each usage or assembly. Inspect the crib (furniture) for damaged hardware, loose
joints, missing parts or sharp edges. Do not use the crib (furniture) if any parts are
missing or broken. Ask your dealer or write to Orbelle for replacement parts.
• After raising side, make sure latches are secure.
• When child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 in. (90cm), the crib shall no
longer be used and can be converted to the transitional bed.
• DO NOT place crib near window where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
• DO NOT place cords, strap or similar items that could become wound around the child’s
neck in or near the crib.
• Strings can cause strangulation| Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck,
such as hood string or pacifier cords.
• DO NOT suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
• If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.
• DO NOT leave child in crib with side lowered. Be sure side is in raised and locked position
whenever child is in crib.
• When child is able to pull to standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove
bumper pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can
cause suffocation.
• DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.
CAUTION:
Any mattress used in this crib must be at least 271/4 in. (69 cm) by 515/8 in (131 cm)
with a thickness not exceeding 6 inches (15 cm). ENSURE a safe environment for yours
child by checking regularly before placing your child in the crib. Make sure that all bolts
and fasteners are right.
TRANSITIONAL BED WARNINGS:
• Read all instructions before assembling the furniture. Keep the instruction manual for
future use.
• Check all screws and bolts and make sure they are tight before using. You shall NEVER use it if
parts are missing or broken.
• The mattress intended for use on the bed shall be a full-size crib mattress having minimum
dimensions of 515/8 in (131cm) in length and 217/4 in. (69 cm) in width and 4 in. (10 cm) in
thickness, or greater thickness as specified by the manufacturer.
• The minimum age for child using this transitional bed shall not be less than 15 months and the
maximum weight shall not be greater than 50 lbs (22.7 kgs).
• DO NOT use with less than 12 in. (30 cm) of space between the toddler bed and solid objects such
as a wall or dresser. Child could slide into smaller space and suffocate.
• DO NOT place near window where cords from blind or drapes may strangle a child. Child may fall
out of window.
• Strings can cause strangulation| DO NOT place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as
hood strings or pacifier cords.
• DO NOT use casters on transitional bed.
• If guardrails are provided as the mattress containment means, guardrail(s) provided must be used.
