Oral presentations: In Auditorium and session rooms a PC is
available (Microsoft Office 2013 and Windows 7). Using of own PC is
possible. Presenters are requested to contact the Media Check in
good time before their presentation, at the latest during interval
immediately preceding their presentation. In each lecture room a
technical assistant can help.
All poster presenters have to place their poster on the designated
place 2 hours before poster session and can be removed after
completion of the conference.
The conference office will be situated in Building 40 D, Room No.
K80 (basement), Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. For any
question or assistance kindly contact with conference staff in the
conference office.
