1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Butter 2 Ounces Sugar Free Chocolate Chips xylitol sweetened 1 Cup Xylitol, Sifted For Any Lumps 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8 inch
square glass pan.
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a glass or metal
bowl placed over simmering water.
2. Remove the butter and chocolate mixture from
the heat source and mix well.
3. Add all the ingredients except the eggs and
stir mixture thoroughly to incorporate all the
ingredients.
4. Add the two eggs and mix well again.
5. Pour mixture into a well buttered glass pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30
minutes. Check for doneness by inserting
toothpick into center. If it comes out clean, it is
done.
8. Cool thoroughly - Cut into 2 inch squares and
remove from the pan.

1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In
another bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
2. Combine dry mixture into wet mixture.
3. Put 1/4 of the batter into a coffee mug and
microwave for 1 minute.
4. Remove from mug and top with whipped cream.
Refrigerate remaining batter for later.
