BA Vibrationsaustragsböden sind Anbaukonen,
die durch Eigenvibration den Massefluß
von Schüttgütern aus Trichtern oder Silos
begünstigen.
BA Vibroböden bestehen aus einem auf einer
speziellen Wickelmaschine nahtlos geformten
Konus aus Normal- oder Edelstahl, einer
ebenfalls nahtlosen Dichtmanschette aus
SINT®-Polymerwerkstoff mit integriertem
oberen und unteren Flansch, Aufhängungen
zur Verbindung des Schwingbodens mit dem
Silo sowie aus einem oder zwei elektrischen
Vibrationsmotoren.
Le fond vibrant BA est un dispositif en forme
de cône renversé qui grâce à la possibilité de
vibrer, facilite le déchargement des matériaux
des silos et des trémies.
Il est constitué d’un cône en acier au carbone
ou inoxydable fabriqué sans soudures sur tour
à plaque, un joint intégré à bride dessus et
dessous, des suspensions de liaison au silo et de
un ou deux vibrateurs électriques.

To fit the BA Bin Activator, the silo cone has
to be shorter than usual, leaving a wide
outlet section. A flange supplied together with
the Bin Activator is welded on the silo outlet
on site. Special suspensions and a seamless
flanged SINT® engineering polymer seal form
a flexible connection between silo and Bin
Activator. One or two electric vibrators fitted to
the unit generate vibration of the Bin Activator
every time the feeding device beneath
the silo is started for discharging material.
During operation the Bin Activator describes a
gyratory movement which is transmitted to the
material inside the silo. The result is smooth
material flow through the Bin Activator outlet
into the connected feeder.
Um den BA Vibroboden anbauen zu
können, muss der Siloauslaufkonus kürzer
sein als gewöhnlich bzw. einen großen
Auslaufdurchmesser aufweisen. Ein spezieller,
zusammen mit dem Schwingboden gelieferter
Flansch wird zunächst vor Ort an den
Siloauslauf geschweißt. Spezielle Aufhängungen
und eine nahtlose Dichtmanschette aus
SINT® Polymerwerkstoff formen eine
elastische Verbindung zwischen Silo und
Vibrationsaustragsboden. Ein oder in manchen
Fällen zwei Vibrationsmotoren versetzen
den Vibroboden jedesmal in Schwingung,
wenn das nachgeschaltete Dosiergerät zur
Produktaustagung eingeschaltet wird. Während
des Betriebs beschreibt der Schwingboden eine
kreisende Bewegung, die auf das Schüttgut
im Silo übertagen wird. Das Ergebnis ist
ein gleichförmiger Massefluß durch den
Auslauf des Vibrationsaustragsbodens in das
nachfolgende Dosiergerät.
Pour pouvoir installer le fond vibrant BA le
cône du silo doit être plus court que d’habitude,
en laissant une section de déchargement de
grand diamètre. Une bride fournie avec le
fond vibrant est soudée en œuvre sur le cône
du silo. Des suspensions spéciales et un joint en
polymère technique SINT® forment une liaison
souple entre le silo et le fond.
Un ou deux vibrateurs électriques montés
latéralement sur le fond BA produisent une
vibration du fond tout entier, sans toutefois
faire vibrer le silo placé dessus, chaque fois
que le dispositif d’extraction en aval du fond
vibrant BA se met en service pour extraire le
matériau du silo.
Pendant l’extraction le fond vibrant effectue
un mouvement circulaire qui se transmet
au produit à l’intérieur du silo; ceci induit
un flux homogène de matériau à travers le
déchargement du fond vibrant vers le dispositif
de dosage et de transport du matériau.
Le sospensioni speciali e la guarnizione in
tecnopolimero SINT® formano una connessione
flessibile tra silo e fondo.
Uno o due vibratori elettrici montati
lateralmente sul fondo BA generano una
vibrazione dell’intero fondo, senza però
mettere in vibrazione il silo sovrastante, ogni
qual volta il dispositivo di estrazione a valle
del fondo vibrante BA entra in funzione per
estrarre del materiale dal silo.
Durante l’estrazione il fondo vibrante effettua
un movimento circolare che si trasmette al
prodotto all’interno del silo; ciò induce un flusso
omogeneo di materiale attraverso lo scarico del
fondo vibrante verso il dispositivo di dosaggio e
trasporto del materiale.
BA Bin Activators are devices of tapered conical
shape that due to vibration facilitate material
flow from hoppers or silos.
They consist of a seamless carbon or stainless
steel cone spun on sheet metal lathes, a
seamless SINT® engineering polymer seal with
integrated top and bottom flange, suspensions
for connection between Bin Activator and silo,
as well as one or two electric vibrators.
Il fondo vibrante BA è un dispositivo a forma
di cono rovesciato che grazie alla possibilità di
vibrare facilita lo scarico dei materiali dai sili e
dalle tramogge.
È costituito da un cono in acciaio al carbonio o
inossidabile costruito senza saldature su tornio

BA Bin Activators are used in various industrial
applications to facilitate discharging of
powdery or granular materials from silos or
hoppers. The use of this equipment ensures
optimum feeding of the material and causing
“mass flow” inside the silo, thus avoiding such
phenomena as bridging or rat holing.

BA Vibrationsaustragsböden sind Anbaukonen,
die durch Eigenvibration den Massefluß
von Schüttgütern aus Trichtern oder Silos
begünstigen.
BA Vibroböden bestehen aus einem auf einer
speziellen Wickelmaschine nahtlos geformten
Konus aus Normal- oder Edelstahl, einer
ebenfalls nahtlosen Dichtmanschette aus
SINT®-Polymerwerkstoff mit integriertem
oberen und unteren Flansch, Aufhängungen
zur Verbindung des Schwingbodens mit dem
Silo sowie aus einem oder zwei elektrischen
Vibrationsmotoren.
Le fond vibrant BA est un dispositif en forme
de cône renversé qui grâce à la possibilité de
vibrer, facilite le déchargement des matériaux
des silos et des trémies.
Il est constitué d’un cône en acier au carbone
ou inoxydable fabriqué sans soudures sur tour
à plaque, un joint intégré à bride dessus et
dessous, des suspensions de liaison au silo et de
un ou deux vibrateurs électriques.

To fit the BA Bin Activator, the silo cone has
to be shorter than usual, leaving a wide
outlet section. A flange supplied together with
the Bin Activator is welded on the silo outlet
on site. Special suspensions and a seamless
flanged SINT® engineering polymer seal form
a flexible connection between silo and Bin
Activator. One or two electric vibrators fitted to
the unit generate vibration of the Bin Activator
every time the feeding device beneath
the silo is started for discharging material.
During operation the Bin Activator describes a
gyratory movement which is transmitted to the
material inside the silo. The result is smooth
material flow through the Bin Activator outlet
into the connected feeder.
Um den BA Vibroboden anbauen zu
können, muss der Siloauslaufkonus kürzer
sein als gewöhnlich bzw. einen großen
Auslaufdurchmesser aufweisen. Ein spezieller,
zusammen mit dem Schwingboden gelieferter
Flansch wird zunächst vor Ort an den
Siloauslauf geschweißt. Spezielle Aufhängungen
und eine nahtlose Dichtmanschette aus
SINT® Polymerwerkstoff formen eine
elastische Verbindung zwischen Silo und
Vibrationsaustragsboden. Ein oder in manchen
Fällen zwei Vibrationsmotoren versetzen
den Vibroboden jedesmal in Schwingung,
wenn das nachgeschaltete Dosiergerät zur
Produktaustagung eingeschaltet wird. Während
des Betriebs beschreibt der Schwingboden eine
kreisende Bewegung, die auf das Schüttgut
im Silo übertagen wird. Das Ergebnis ist
ein gleichförmiger Massefluß durch den
Auslauf des Vibrationsaustragsbodens in das
nachfolgende Dosiergerät.
Pour pouvoir installer le fond vibrant BA le
cône du silo doit être plus court que d’habitude,
en laissant une section de déchargement de
grand diamètre. Une bride fournie avec le
fond vibrant est soudée en œuvre sur le cône
du silo. Des suspensions spéciales et un joint en
polymère technique SINT® forment une liaison
souple entre le silo et le fond.
Un ou deux vibrateurs électriques montés
latéralement sur le fond BA produisent une
vibration du fond tout entier, sans toutefois
faire vibrer le silo placé dessus, chaque fois
que le dispositif d’extraction en aval du fond
vibrant BA se met en service pour extraire le
matériau du silo.
Pendant l’extraction le fond vibrant effectue
un mouvement circulaire qui se transmet
au produit à l’intérieur du silo; ceci induit
un flux homogène de matériau à travers le
déchargement du fond vibrant vers le dispositif
de dosage et de transport du matériau.
Le sospensioni speciali e la guarnizione in
tecnopolimero SINT® formano una connessione
flessibile tra silo e fondo.
Uno o due vibratori elettrici montati
lateralmente sul fondo BA generano una
vibrazione dell’intero fondo, senza però
mettere in vibrazione il silo sovrastante, ogni
qual volta il dispositivo di estrazione a valle
del fondo vibrante BA entra in funzione per
estrarre del materiale dal silo.
Durante l’estrazione il fondo vibrante effettua
un movimento circolare che si trasmette al
prodotto all’interno del silo; ciò induce un flusso
omogeneo di materiale attraverso lo scarico del
fondo vibrante verso il dispositivo di dosaggio e
trasporto del materiale.
BA Bin Activators are devices of tapered conical
shape that due to vibration facilitate material
flow from hoppers or silos.
They consist of a seamless carbon or stainless
steel cone spun on sheet metal lathes, a
seamless SINT® engineering polymer seal with
integrated top and bottom flange, suspensions
for connection between Bin Activator and silo,
as well as one or two electric vibrators.
Il fondo vibrante BA è un dispositivo a forma
di cono rovesciato che grazie alla possibilità di
vibrare facilita lo scarico dei materiali dai sili e
dalle tramogge.
È costituito da un cono in acciaio al carbonio o
