Ich bin mit der Verwertung der aus Anlass des Turniers erhobenen Daten und Turnierergebnisse für die Ermittlung der DWZ und der FIDE-Rating
durch die hierfür zuständigen Stellen sowie mit der Veröffentlichung von Partien, Fotos, Turnierdaten, Spielberichten und ähnlichem
einverstanden.
Ich unterwerfe mich im Fall der Manipulation des Spielergebnisses durch Verwendung unzulässiger Hilfsmittel der Sanktionsgewalt des
Deutschen Schachbundes und des Bayerischen Schachbundes gemäß deren Satzungen. Ich habe zur Kenntnis genommen, dass die Satzung

I agree with the utilisation by the responsible authorities of data and scores resulting from the tournament for the generation of DWZ
and FIDE ratings as well as with the publication of games, photos, tournament data, game reports and the like.

WERTUNGSZAHLEN / RATINGS
Open Turnier, Schweizer System, 9 Runden
Spieltempo: 40 Züge in 90 Minuten, danach 30 Minuten für den Rest
der Partie, zusätzlich 30 Sek. Bonus ab dem ersten Zug.
Mitschreibepflicht bis Partieende.
Die Anwesenheit von mindestens 20 GM wird garantiert.
Sowohl für die Startrangliste als auch für die Zuordnung der
Rating-Preisgruppen (plus Feinwertung) wird die aktuelle DWZ des
Deutschen Schachbundes bzw. die aktuelle FIDE-ELO herangezogen.
ELO vorrangig (TWZ). Spieler ohne FIDE-ELO und DWZ haben kein Anrecht
auf einen Rating-Preis und werden für die Startrangliste eingeschätzt.
Open Tournament, Swiss System, 9 Rounds
Time control: 40 moves in 90 minutes, followed by 30 minutes for the
remainder of the game, plus 30 sec. increment, bonus from the first move.
Transcript compulsory until end of game.
We guarantee the presence of at least 20 GMs.

(Deutscher Schachbund) or current FIDE-ELO ratings apply, both for
start ratings and for the attribution of rating prize groups (including
micro-ratings). ELO takes precedence (TWZ). Players without FIDE-ELO
and DWZ rating are not eligible for a rating prize and their start rating
will be estimated.
Please note: foreign players who are not subject to taxation in Germany
will be taxed at a fixed rate of up 20 %.
