VERTICAL CASTING LINE
We are newly producing primary aluminium billets with
a diameter range of 6, 7 and 10 inches for length
maximum 7,2 meters. Our high-tech brand new controlling
equipments grants us to produce high sensibility billets
in according to control chemical composition before and
after casting.
Our plant achieves highest billet casting quality, with
using Wagstaff degassing system which is integrated
electromagnetic liquid aluminium mixing technology in
order to ensure the lowest hydrogen and lowest inclusion
ratio in the aluminium structure.
SENKRECHTE GIESSANLAGE
Neulich produzieren wir aus Primäraluminium Gussbolzen
in max.7200 mm Länge mit Durchmessern von 6,7 und
10 inch. Unsere vollautomatisierte Gießerei Anlage
erlaubt uns hochsensible Bolzen zu produzieren, so dass
wir die chemische Zusammensetzung gleichzeitig während
der Guss Verfahren, kontrollieren können.
Mit dem Verwendung des Wagstaff Entgasen-Systems,
erreicht unser Werk das höchste Bolzen Gussteil Qualität,
welches mit elektromagnetische, flüssige Aluminium
Mischung Technologie integriert ist, um das niedrigste
Wasserstoff und das niedrigste Implikationsverknüpfung
in der Aluminiumstruktur zu sichern.

ist die Profilfertigung gemäß den Weltnormen und allen von
Kunden angefragten Maße-Toleranzen möglich.

has an annual production capacity of 20.000 tons aluminium extruded sections by means of its
1650-MT, 1800-MT, 4000-MT aluminium extrusion presses.
Depending on the geometrical shape of the profiles; we can produce aluminium profiles between 0,4 - 65,00
kg/m, with a maximum width 400 mm.
Mainly we are producing 6000 serial alloy for construction, automotive, machinery and furniture industries, as
well as we can produce 3000 series alloys for automotive industry.

Vertical Anodizing Line / Senkrechte Eloxalanlage
SURFACE TREATMENTS UNIT
applies mechanical surface pre-treatments, anodizing, and electrostatic powder-coating are applied on
aluminium profiles. The Surface Treatments Facilities of
are at the leading position in its sector with special
pre-treatments, effects, and color alternatives it applies on aluminium surfaces.
In the Unit for Mechanical Surface Pre-treatments -besides all kinds of mechanical polishing operations such as wirebrushing, satinizing, etc.- the desired surface effects are provided through etching process in the chemical etching
bathes.
We are proud to expose, that we have biggest Vertical Anodizing Line in Europe, which is fully PLC computer controlled
and environment-friendly without pollution. With this brand new technological investment,
has increased
its anodizing capacity 4 times, even decreased of energy & water consumption. In the Anodizing Unit, besides customized
solutions in oxidation layer thicknesses up to 35 μm with a maximum length 7600 mm, a wide range of anodizing
colour options and metallic surface effects, that are resistant against external conditions, are available.
In the Powdercoating Unit, all RAL colors are applied following chemical pre-treatments which provide excellent adherence
onto aluminium surface.
In Process Control Laboratories within the Surface Treatments Facilities, optimization of physical and chemical
parameters with respect to all process bathes in the Units, quality controls testing of anodizing and electrostatic powder
coatings, inspection of raw materials, and control of industrial wastewater based on spectral and gravimetrical analysis
are performed and obtained results are recorded according to the relevant standards.
Having combined its more than a half-century experience in the aluminium sector with advanced technology in Surface
Finishing of aluminium,
is one of the founders of the Turkish Association for Surface Treatments on
Aluminium (AYID). In addition,
Surface Treatments Facilities are the first in Turkey, which holds QUALANOD,
QUALICOAT and ISO 9001 certificates.
OBERFLÄCHENBEHANDLUNGSANLAGE
Die
Oberflächenbehandlungsanlage mit ihren mechanischen Vorbehandlungs-, Eloxal- und
Pulverbeschichtungswerkstätten wendet auf Profile, Platten und Zubehöre aus Aluminium Eloxal und
Pulverbeschichtungsprozesse an. Diese Anlage ist mit ihren spezialen Vorbehandlungen, Effekten, ihrem Farbensortiment
und ihrer Beschichtungsqualität auf Alu-Oberflächen ein Vorkämpfer seiner Branche.
In den mechanischen Vorbehandlungswerkstätten werden neben der Anwendung von Metallpinseln, Satinier und
mechanischen Beglänzungsbehandlungen auch erwünschte Effekte auf die Oberflächen durch Mattierungsbehandlungen
in chemischen Ätzungsbädern angewandt. Wir sind stolz auszustellen, dass wir die größte vertikale Eloxalanlage in
Europa haben, welches völlig mit PLC Computer kontrolliert wird und umweltfreundlich ist. In der Eloxalanlage werden
gemäß Kundenbedürfnissen Oxydationsschicht-Dicke biz su 35 μm M und mit maximaler Länge 7600 mm bearbeitet.
Mit dieser neuen technologischen Investierung hat
seine Eloxal Kapazität 4 mal vergrößert und nebenbei
seine Energie & Wasserverbrauch vermindert.
In der Pulverbeschichtungswerkstatt werden nach den chemischen Vorbehandlungen, die das Haften der Farbe auf
der Alu-Oberfläche gewährleisten, alle RAL – Farben angewandt.
In dem integrierten Prozesskontrolllabor werden die physikalischen und chemischen Parameteroptimierungen von allen
Bädern in der Anlage, Qualitätskontrollentest nach der Eloxal- und Pulverbeschichtungen, Rohstoffkontrollen und die
industriellen Abwasserklärkontrollen mittels Spektralanalyse und gravimetrischen Bestimmung gemäß den Normen
durchgeführt und eingetragen.
Oberflächenbehandlungsanlage, die ihre Erfahrung von über fünfzig Jahren in dem Sektor mit der sich
weiterentwickelnden Technologie vereinigt, ist ein der gründender Mitglieder des türkischen Vereins für
Oberflächenbehandlungen auf Aluminium (AYID), und die erste Anlage in der Türkei, die im Besitz der QUALANOD,
QUALICOAT und ISO 9001 Zertifikate ist.
