Located in the centre of the Caribbean, the private luxury resort is on South Andros
Island in the Out Islands of the Bahamas. The resort is set in a sheltered cove
surrounded by lush palm forests fringed with its own 4km private white-sand beach
and is accessible only by boat or seaplane. There is an airport on South Andros,
Congo Town International, which receives flights from Nassau and Fort Lauderdale.
From there it is a short boat ride to the private resort. Flying time from Fort Lauderdale
is about an hour, and just a 15 minute trip from Nassau. Arrive in style by chartering a
seaplane to fly directly to the resort, where you will come ashore barefoot right on to
our lovely beach. The resort has 11 villas and 2 rooms for a maximum of 33 guests.
These five luxury air-conditioned villas sit right on the white sandy shore of the
beautiful South Bight.
A slice of chic among the swaying coconut palms, the five 65sqm open-plan villas
combine the stylish driftwood shades of the living areas with the eye-catching
reclaimed glass and natural stone of the bathrooms. Blending tastefully into its natural
surroundings, the indigenous tropical vegetation provides it with a very private setting.
The roof is made from thatch for insulation that also helps with creating pleasant
temperatures. A private65sqm terrace contains a 16sqm outdoor pool that leads
straight onto the sandy beach. Enjoy the coffee-making facilities and wet bar, air
conditioning will create the perfect temperature and you have Wi-Fi internet
connectivity.
Accommodating two guests, the bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with
a shower and a dressing area. The bathroom features double stone vanities and the
beauty products are eco-friendly. If a guest feels like staying the night, an extra single
bed is available.
Spoil yourself enjoying the various collective facilities of the resort's central area. The

Great Room is the heart of the resort where you can meet up with other guests, enjoy
a hearty breakfast, spot of lunch or a romantic dinner enjoy a cocktail at the colonial
bar or play board games. A fully equipped air-conditioned gym caters for all your
fitness needs and the new spa offers sessions with qualified therapists. A well-stocked
shop sells all the essential items you will need for a Caribbean beach holiday, whether
it is sunglasses or something to remember the island by. Choose a book from the
diverse range in the wood panelled library where you will also find discreetly placed TV
facilities and Wi-Fi. Recline around the cascading natural infinity pool and pool terrace
or beach side terrace with lounge and dining areas. For the energetic outdoors
personalities, there is a dive centre and a water sports area with equipment such as a
transparent kayak, snorkel gear, stand-up paddle boards, trimarans, hobie cat and
basic fishing gear.
Since this villa is part of an estate, guests have the option of combining all or some of
the villas on this resort. There are also two further rooms available to rent in
combination with one or more villas. Each of these 20sqm beachfront rooms has a
queen size bed, en suite shower room and a patio.
