sind unabhängig von der
vereinbarten Lieferkondition
ergänzender Bestandteil
unserer Bestellungen.

agreed upon and a complementary component of our
purchasing conditions. Please

2.1
Produktkartonage
Für alle Versandarten ist eine
ausreichende und der Ware
angemessene, stabile Verpackung
zu wählen. Kleine Abmessungen
(≤ 4 mm) sind zudem innerhalb
der Verkaufsverpackung in einen
zusätzlichen Polybeutel zu
verpacken.

Product-Box-Cartons
The product-box-carton used by
the supplier has to be appropriate
so that safe transportation is
possible. Small parts (< 4 mm)
have to be packed in a polythene
bag within the sales package.

Die Kartons sind einerseits
platzsparend zu füllen (d.h. gut
gefüllt, wenig/keine Hohlräume),
andererseits darf die Verpackung
durch den Inhalt auch nicht
verformt oder der
Verschluss/Deckel aufgedrückt
werden. Der Deckel muss fest
schließen, ggf. ist dieser zusätzlich
zu verkleben. Da die Ware von
oben gegriffen wird, ist ein
Verkleben für nach oben öffnende
Deckel obligatorisch
(„Schuhkartonprinzip“).

On the one hand product-boxcartons have to be filled to save
space (i.e. well filled with little or
no empty spaces), on the other
hand the product-box-cartons and
lid must not be deformed or put
under pressure by the content.
The lid must close firmly or be
additionally glued. As the goods
will be accessed from the top, a lid
that opens on the top is obligatory
(like a shoebox).
III.
Mit Öl oder ähnlichen Stoffen
beschichtete Produkte sind in
spezieller Kartonage oder
zusätzlich in Polybeutel zu
verpacken, so dass die Kartonage
auch nach längerer Lagerzeit nicht
durchweicht.

Products coated in oil or similar
substances have to be packed in
special packaging or additionally
polythene bags, ensuring that the
packaging does not be- come
soggy and weakened during longer
storage periods.

IV. Lose oder geschüttete Ware muss
grundsätzlich in Packstücken aus
stabilem Karton – max. 20 kg mit
Ausweisung der Stückzahl und
Inhaltsangabe ausgeliefert werden.
V. Es sind nur volle Verpackungseinheiten zu liefern. Verpackungseinheiten mit Mindermengen
(Anbrüche) sind auszuschließen.

Paletten und Rahmen
Alle Sendungen sind
grundsätzlich auf
unbeschädigten und technisch
einwandfreien Euro-Flachpaletten
nach UIC-Norm (Grundmaß 800 x
1200 mm) mit DB-Gütezeichen
RAL RG 993 und nach IPPC
Standard zu verladen.

Loose or bulk goods must be
delivered in packaged units
consisting of stable cartons up to a
maximum weight of 20 kg,
including information about the
number of items and a description
of contents.
V. Packaging Units with shortage in
nominated box-quantities have to be
avoided. Only deliver full-quantity
packed units.
2.2
Pallets and wooden-frames
I. All packages have to be loaded on
undamaged and technically
intact flat Euro pallets conforming
to UIC standard (800 x 1200 mm)
with DB quality label RAL RG 993
and according to IPPC standard.

Palletierte Einheiten dürfen eine
Ladehöhe inkl. Euro-Flachpalette
von 800 mm (3- rahmig) und ein
Gesamtgewicht inkl. EuroFlachpalette von 1000 kg nicht
überschreiten. Die Anzahl
artikelreiner Paletten einer
Sendung ist unter Einhaltung
dieser Grenzen zu minimieren
(z.B. „800 kg nicht auf 2 x 400 kg
verteilen“).
II. Palletized transportation units have a
maximum load height of 800 mm (3
Layers including pallet), and may not
exceed a total weight of 1000 kg.The
number of single item pallets has
to be optimized in compliance with
these limits (e.g. “don`t divide 800 kg
to 2 x 400 kg”)

Packstücke sind ohne
Überstände und rutschsicher auf
der Palette zu einer kompakten,
gesicherten Transporteinheit
zusammenzufügen.

VI.
Die Zusammensetzung von
Packstücken und Paletten hat
auftrags- und artikelbezogen zu
erfolgen. Artikel dürfen nicht in
Teilmengen über mehrere
Paletten und Packstücke verteilt
werden. Mischpaletten sind auf ein
Minimum zu reduzieren und
gesondert zu kennzeichnen.
Lieferpositionen ab einem Gewicht
von 100 kg sind sortenrein auf
eine Palette zu packen.
Das Stapeln von Paletten ist nur
gestattet, wenn 100%
gewährleistet ist, dass weder die
anzuliefernde Ware, noch deren
Verpackung beschädigt wird.
Bei Paletten mit Holzrahmen sind
beim Stapeln aus
Sicherheitsgründen gelbe
„Kunststoffecken“ an jeder
Palettenecke zu verwenden. Diese
sind lose aufzustecken.

Packaging Units and pallets have
to be packed according to orders
and products. Articles must not be
divided into partial loads between
several pallets and packages.
Pallets with mixed content have to
be kept to a minimum and specially
labeled. Therefore a position
weighing more than 100 kg has to
be packed onto a pallet separately.

Stacking pallets is only allowed
when it is 100% guaranteed that
the articles as well as the
packaging will not be damaged.
For reasons of safety, woodframed pallets have to be stacked
by using yellow plastic corners.
These have to be fixed loosely.

Kleinladungsträger
Für die in Kleinladungsträgern
(KLT) zu liefernden Artikel gilt:
maximal 25 kg Gesamtgewicht
pro KLT, maximal 4 KLT pro
Artikel.

Covering Box
Generally, articles that are
designated to be stored in small
load carriers (slc) should be
packed in our covering box (for
specification, please refer to the
attachement). Keep a maximum
of 25 kg per covering box and
don´t exceed the number of 4
covering boxes per article.

Anliefern von Paketen
Bei der Anlieferung von einzelnen
Paketen, muss bereits von außen
klar erkennbar sein, wer der
Empfänger und der Absender ist.
Besteht die Sendung aus
mehreren Paketen, so muss dies
von außen kenntlich gemacht
werden.

packages the sender and
recipient must be clearly
recognizable on the outside of

Prüfbescheinigungen
Bei chargengebundenen
Bestellungen sind die Artikel
chargenrein zu verpacken und zu
palettieren. Dies gilt insbesondere
bei Zeugnispflicht!
