Final cleaning per apartment per stay: € 73,-Local tax and tourism levy: Adults (from the age of 16): € 3,00/day, Children: € 0,50/day. We kindly inform you to pay the apartmentprice, the final
cleaning and the local tax at the beginning of your stay. Please note that we only accept cash! We do not accept credit cards or ATM cards.
Children up to two years are free, if they will sleep in the parents bed. We offer an additional childbed, which costs Euro 6,-- per night. Small pets amount for
Euro 6,- per day, large pets amount for Euro 10,- per day.
Ski -Wellness-weeks of 7.1. to 02.03.2017 and 25.2. to 03.03.2017 (The ski pass is an option card (ski or Therme))
from a 3 day ski pass for Bad Kleinkirchheim is the Therme (Römerbad a 4h or St. Kathrein all day.) included as follows:
> From 3-day ski pass included 1x Therme
> From 5-day ski pass included 2x Therme
> From 7 days ski pass included 3x Therme
The "Family Euro" in detail 07.01. – 03.03.2017
• Per adult, one child aged up to 11,99 can ski for just 1,-- Euro a day, when buying a 6-day or longer ski pass per edult. The ski pass is valid in the Bad
Kleinkirchheim / St. Oswald ski region.
• On weekdays special “teen ski guides” will accompany the kids round the ski region, testing out the new fun park with them at the “party on the mountain”.
Ski thermal Spa Weeks March 04 th to April 17th 2017
a) 4. - 17.03.2017
The ski pass is included in the apartment prices. Additionally you have a 50% discount on the respective thermal spa prices (minimum stay 3 hours).
b) 18.03. - 17.04.2017
The passes of the mountain railways and the spa (3h Römerbad, St. Kathrein all day) are included in the apartmentprice. The ski pass is an option card (Ski or
Therme)
For all our guests is a coin washing machine and a coin-operated dryer available. For an Internet connection you can rent mobile internet modems in the reception.
Arrival time: Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 6 pm, Departure time: Saturdays until 9 am, at least stay 7 days, an arrival after 6 pm can be arranged after telefonic
