Villa Eddera is located in the Murtoli Estate in Corsica between the town of Sartene
and the village of Pianottoli-Caldarello on the prominent south coast of Corsica. Villa
Eddera is very private, perched high upon the hill in the "maquis", yet still close to the
sea. Domaine de Murtoli is a unique collection of shepherds houses transformed into
luxury villas. Three restaurants will offer you three menus with only the freshest
produce. A river flows through the 2,500 hectare estate with its 10 km of coastline,
cliffs and beaches. You can choose between being treated at the outdoor spa on the
beach or a treatment at home. Go for a horse ride, play some golf, go hunting, explore
the maquis or discover the different plants with your family, go fishing and visit the
megalithic sites. The close town of Sartene is the perfect base for touring the
surrounding area, which includes sensational beaches, towns and villages and
important archaeological sites.
This exclusive luxury villa for rent enjoy a private beach in a protected cove. Set in
large grounds, private and sheltered out of view, this is a renovated shepherd's house
with a small sheepfold. On the entrance level of the main house, the open plan
equipped kitchen and living/dining room with a fireplace and television can be found.
On the same level is an equipped laundry room.
Four bedrooms can accommodate up to twelve guests. The lower floor of the
enchanting stone mansion is an en suite bedroom with a fireplace and television.
There is also an en suite bedroom with a large bed and bunk beds in an alcove with a
door. Both bedrooms are open to the spacious grounds, surrounded by unspoilt nature
with dramatic boulders amongst green trees with the glistening ocean below. Upstairs
is another bedroom with a fireplace, dressing room, television and an en suite
bathroom. The separate old stone shepherd house has a bedroom with a fireplace and
television, a small alcove bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and WC.
