Prayer to Our Lady of Knock.
As a young girl, you said Yes to God, a Yes that paved the way for our salvation. We come to you now to ask for your grace and blessing for the young
women of Ireland. May they lift their eyes to you and open their hearts to
God. May they answer Gods call in whatever form that it takes as consecrated
women, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunties and friends who use all of their
gifts and talents in the service of God. We look forward in faith to the rise of
this new generation of roses who imitate you and blossom for God. We look
forward in gratitude to sharing in your joy as you savour, the beauty of these
roses, and watch how Ireland can, once again become a beacon of light for the
whole world. Amen
Inchigeela Cemetery Refurbishing Committee.
Following a meeting and walk about in Inchigeela Cemetery last Tuesday 8th
Sept a committee has been formed, they are as follows.

Fundraiser.
As part of the building fund a fundraiser will be held in the Flying Enterprise
Restaurant Cork on either 8th/15th November, more information later.
Gougane Sunday 27th September.
Rosary at 2.00pm followed by Mass at 2.30.Preacher Monsignor Aiden O
Driscoll PP Clonakilty. All regular stewards, and anyone interested in helping
for Gougane Sunday, are asked to assemble in Gougane Barra at 1PM, Sept.
27th.
Altar Stone.
Crosshaven Parish have given us an Altar Stone to replace the stone which was
removed last May, Bishop Buckley will place and bless the Altar Stone on
Gougane Sunday after the 2.30am Mass.
Do This in Memory Programme.
The enrolment Mass for the Communion children of 2016 will take place on
Sunday 27th September at the 10.00am Mass in Ballingeary and the 11.30am
Mass Inchigeela.
Coffee Session
A coffee session in aid of Marymount Hospice will be held in Creedons Hotel
on Saturday /Sunday 26th /27th September after both Masses. Please Support

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
We invite parishioners to come to Adoration of the Blessed
Sacrament in Inchigeela church on fridays (10am-6pm). We
are looking for people for the hours of 10-11 and 3-4 in particular.

National Eucharisitc Congress.
National Eucharistic Congress 26/27th September 2015 will
take place at Our Lady's Shrine, Knock, Co. Mayo on the
theme "Christ, Our Hope" and will serve as a spiritual preparation for the 51st International Eucharistic Congress in the
Philipines in 2016. The programme, currently being finalised
will include workshops & talks, children's programme, Youth
Space, Perpetual Adoration, Sacrament of Reconiliation, Liturgy of the Hours, Concert of Praise & Worship and a Candle
lit procession.
