What About the Environment?
All WearMax products exceed environmental
requirements for VOC content. That's because they are
all water base products. That includes our WearMax
Remover which is made from soy beans, and our
complete Professional Ceramic System. That means you
can use it right next to or on top of food and it won't
harm a thing.
Why it Works
You never walk on the top coat!!!
WearMax Professional is applied in three steps. The first step is a special Adhesion Primer that allows for bonding to non
porous and semi porous surfaces. The second coat is the ceramic layer called Armor. The third coat contains the stain
inhibitors and the UV inhibitors and provides for the gloss level.
But here is the secret. .....You do not walk on the last coat. When the Armor ceramic coat dries the surface feels like sand
paper. In fact, under a microscope you would see these tiny granules. When the last coat, Shield dries, it dries just below
the tips of those ceramic granules which are the second hardest substance known to man . Harder than industrial diamond.
And that is what you walk on. And that is where the great slip resistance comes from.

FROM THE LAUNCH PAD
TO THE FLOOR
Invented and patented by Trustor Coatings, WearMax Professional, now
manufactured by KraGil Inc, offers the highest wear and stain resistance
of any product ever developed for site application. That's because
WearMax Professional and only WearMax Professional has ceramic
compounds - the same class of super solids created through the advanced
material formulations that meet even the extreme demands of the NASA
space program.
Precisely controlled , highly uniform micro-structure compounds give
these ceramic particles incredible resistance to wear. An ideal compound
for a wide range of products like industrial cutting tools, human joint
replacements, bullet proof vests, and crystal clear coatings for aircraft
windshields and now floors.
Ceramics like those in WearMax Professional
are harder than industrial diamond.
Prove the superior wear of
WearMax for yourself.
Rub the flat face of a coin vigorously back
and forth on the WearMax finished floor
sample. Now, wipe away the copper dust
from the penny (the
durable WearMax floor
actually wears away the
metal of the coin) and
you'll find that the
WearMax surface still
looks shiny and new.
(All floors can be
scratched or gouged if
abused or subjected to
sharp objects)
