Unsere technische Produktionsausstattung ist beispielhaft. Auf unseren
Spritzgießmaschinen neuester Generation werden von uns alle gängigen
Thermoplaste bis zu einem Stückgewicht von 500 g verarbeitet. Für
unsere Kunden stehen damit Fertigungsanlagen bis zu einer Größe von
6.500 kN Zuhaltung zur Verfügung. Moderne Computersysteme und
unterstützendes Equipment gewährleisten einen automobilgerechten
lean Prozess. So ist es uns möglich, unsere Kunden sekundengenau
über den aktuellen Produktionsfortschritt zu informieren. Die Grundlage
unserer Qualitätspolitik bildet die erfolgreiche Zertifizierung nach
DIN ISO-TS 16949. Damit gewährleisten wir ein gleichbleibendes
Qualitätsniveau.

Based on your wishes and specifications, our project engineers will
develop complete solutions in plastics with optimized functions in a
cost-efficient manner for a wide range of applications. Comprehensive
support, from the initial idea through to the ready-to-install product, is
one of our key strengths. We offer a consistent, deadline-monitored
concept from component development and prototyping through to
manufacturing of high-performance molds in our in-house mold
making department.
Our technical production equipment is exemplary. We use latestgeneration injection molding machines to process all standard
thermoplastics up to a unit weight of 500 grams. Therefore,
production machines up to a clamping/locking size of 6,500 kN are
available for our customers’ projects. Modern computer systems
and supporting equipment ensure a lean process in line with
automotive requirements. As a result, we are able to inform
our customers about the current state of production with accuracy
down to the second. Our quality policy is based on the successful
certification according to DIN ISO-TS 16949. We thus guarantee
consistent levels of quality.
