options
MENTOR ist Spezialist im Bereich der Griffe und setzt mit dem Inhalt dieses Kataloges erneut Akzente. Neben der Vielfalt an Materialien im Bereich der Thermoplaste für Kunststoffapplikationen sowie der Duroplaste für besondere Ansprüche
in speziellen temperatursensiblen Umgebungen werden weitere Problemlösungen
in dem Metallbereich geboten.
Der Kunde kann auswählen, ob er
Stahl-, Aluminium- oder Nirostaausführungen für seine speziellen Applikationen bevorzugt.
MENTOR is a specialist in the area of handles and once again sets trends with the
contents of this catalogue. Apart from the wide range of thermoplastic materials for plastic applications as well as of duroplastics for specific requirements in
special temperature-sensitive environments, further solutions in metal are being
offered. The customer may select steel,
aluminium or stainless constructions
as a preference for his special applications.
Diese unterschiedlichsten Ausführungen sind in den vielfältigsten Oberflächen verfügbar, so dass der Kunde
zwischen diversen Lackierungen,
Pulverlacken, Verchromungen, Eloxalschichten oder aber der rostfreien
Oberfläche auswählen kann.
Speziell bei den Metallgriffen wird
sorgsam auf eine professionelle Verarbeitung Wert gelegt. So sind z.B. bei
den Aluminiumgriffen die mechanisch
bearbeiteten Flächen geschliffen und die Kanten verrundet und bieten somit mit
der standardseitigen Eloxalschicht in natur und schwarz ein besonders schönes
und hochwertiges Design.
Das vielfältige Programm an Nirostagriffen eignet sich besonders für den Einsatz in Außenanwendungen oder Nassbereichen, der Anlagentechnik sowie für die
Anwendung unter besonderen Hygienevorschriften, wie z. B. in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie oder der Medizin- und Labortechnik. Zusätzlich bietet MENTOR für die
speziellen Designwünsche z. B. in der Medizintechnik seine Griffpalette in grauweißem Design (RAL 9002) an, damit sich der Griff nahtlos in die bestehende helle
Farbgestaltung der unterschiedlichsten
Einsatzbereiche, beispielweise in Krankenhauseinrichtungen oder Verwaltungsbüros einfügt.
Auch andere kundenspezifische
Lösungen werden natürlich gerne von
uns erarbeitet.
Neben dem umfangreichen Neuheitenprogramm in allen Bereichen der zuvor
geschilderten Materialien und Oberflächenausstattungen, versteht MENTOR
sich natürlich auch als der Problemlöser unserer Kunden.
Insofern verwundert es nicht, dass
Beleuchtungsleisten und Lichtvorhänge für z.B. Schaltschränke und ähnliche
Applikationen inklusive der entsprechenden Steuerungseinheiten bereits erfolgreich in Schaltschränke und andere
Anwendungen integriert wurden.

coatings, or of course a stainless surface.
For metal handles in particular, a careful emphasis is placed on professional
fabrication. In the case of the aluminium handles, for example, the mechanically worked surfaces are sanded down
and the edges are rounded. Together with the standard anodizing coating in natural and black color, they offer a particularly beautiful and high-quality design.
The varied program of stainless handles is particularly suitable for use in outdoor
applications or wet areas, plant engineering and equipment with special hygiene
requirements, such as in the food industry or the medical and laboratory technology. In addition, MENTOR offers handle series in grey-white design (RAL 9002) for
the special needs such as in the medical technology , so that the handle seamlessly
fits in the existing bright colours of various fields of application, for example in
hospitals or offices.
Of course we are happy to produce also
other customer-specific solutions.
Apart from the extensive novelty programme in all areas of the materials
and surface finishes described before,
we at MENTOR also see ourselves as
our customers‘ problem solver.
Insofar it is not surprising that illumination rails and lights grids, have
already been successfully integrated
into, e.g., switching cabinets and similar applications, together with their
respective control units.
In particular in this context, our new
family off illuminated recessed tray
handles stands out as a novelty that
continues to be extended and complemented. In this case, a multitude of applications exist in the areas of machine and cabinet handles as well as in the application
areas of illumination as an orientation aid
Gerade in diesem Zusammenhang ist als Neuheit auch unsere neue Familie der
beleuchteten Griffschalen hervorzuheben, deren Ausweitung und Ergänzung stetig
vorangetrieben wird. Hier gibt es bereits vielfältige Ansätze im Maschinen- und
Schaltschrank-Griffbereich sowie in den Anwendungsfällen der Orientierungsbeleuchtung.

Diese Bügelgriffe entwickelte MENTOR unter dem Aspekt „Ergonomie, Flexibilität
im Rastermaß und Kosteneffektivität“. Der Kunde kann hier zwei verschiedene
Schenkelgeometrien auswählen, wobei die schräge Variante auch zusätzlich zum
Verschrauben von vorne ausgelegt wurde. In Verbindung mit einem einseitigen
Langloch lassen sich somit Rastermaße von 95 bis 185mm stufenlos realisieren. Die
Varianten ohne Langloch für die verdeckte Montage lassen ein Raster zwischen 100
und 180mm in 10mm Schritten zu. Die ergonomisch geformte Grifffläche lässt ein
sicheres und angenehmes Handling zu. Andere Farben sind auf Anfrage möglich.
MENTOR developed these bow-type handles paying especial attention to the aspects
„ergonomics, flexibility in the grid dimensions and tost efficiency“. The customer may
choose between two different legs, the raked version additionally being rendered for
screwing from the front side. In connection with a single-sided elongated hole it is
possible to realize stepless grid dimensions from 95 to 185mm. The versions without
elongated hole for the concealed mounting provide a grid between 100 and 180mm
in steps of 10mm. The ergonomically shaped face of the handle enables a safe and
comfortable handling. Further colors are available on request.

Diese neue Grifffamilie im 2-Komponenten-Design verbindet Funktionalität und

This new handle product line in 2-component design connects functionality and
